Stunning location. Great food. Cod was slightly overcooked, but they were happy to replace it. Very good service. Highly recommended.

We had a late lunch after a day of sightseeing and touring of the museum. This was an unexpected surprise because the cafeteria style café downstairs was full so we decided to try the restaurant and do a sit-down lunch indoors. The restaurant has fine cuisine with breathtaking views. I had the halibut and it was amazing. Done with perfection.... More

If you are up for fine cuisine after a day strolling through this museum, then this is not to be missed. We sipped champagne while dining on seafood and beef. The desserts were amazing and the service attentive.

Getty center restaurant offers all kind of healthy sandwiches and some biscuit or cake. It taste good but it doesn't have enough varieties. Also, the seat is quite limited in the peak day. Although, it doesn't really bother much since you can always eat outside in the garden or around the museum.

First class customer reception, white table linen and black napkins, superb service and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside make this a special venue. This is a definite enhancement to the experience of visiting the Getty Centre. Food was excellent, reasonably priced and there was a wide choice of wines.

We did appreciate once more this restaurant with an outstanding setting and fine meals. Since the waiter inquired about the food, we could inform him that this halibut was pretty dry since a bit overdone, this waiter decided immediately to bring a perfect one. With the check, he eventually decided to offer the dessert on his own. A+

Better than most museum restaurants. Good variety of food, fresh and nicely presented. Pricey but worth it.

Visiting the Getty Center is a world class experience for the art work, but it was really great to find that the restaurant is of such high quality. We had pre-reserved on Open Table, and were treated really well. There are great views out over the hills above west LA, and it's especially great if you can score a table... More

I loved the views from the restaurant and the high windows and ceilings. The layout of the food pickup area was very well thought out. I had a light lunch and the taste and presentation was great.

We went to the Getty for dinner to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The food, ambiance, and environment are terrific. However, poor service tarnished the evening. It took about 30 minutes for someone to take our cocktail order, at which time the waiter took both our drink order and our food order. As a result, our appetizers were served before our... More
