Joan's was booming during the go-go whatever it costs days prior to bank implosion. Still pretty busy with entertainment industry people/those with ample cash who can afford the luxury chicken salad sandwiches, cupcakes and very-marked up groceries that can be had at Trader Joe's for far less. Order food, some smelly cheese and then score a table on the street... more
