We always enjoy Pizzicotto......You start with a warm greeting from Isabella, one of the two sisters who own the restaurant. They've changed their bread and it is much improved for our tastes.....a nice sour dough. All of their pastas are good as is their white fish, chicken alle frasche which... read more

First time eating at Pizzicotto-we went without a reservation and had to sit at a table in a narrow, high traffic area, but it was okay; next time we will make a reservation. We ordered the Ravioli D'aragosta (lobster ravioli) and the Pollo e Ruchetta (Linguine with chicken). I LOVED the lobster ravioli- the sauce was to die for! My... More

We have been visiting Pizzicotto for quite a few years and everytime we know we're going to be back. It has a friendly atmosphere and they make you feel at home. The food is authentic, the pastas and the sauces are delicious. It is like being in Italy. Save room for dessert and the coffee is excellent

We had a wonderful evening at Pizzicotto, a quaint little place on San Vincete in Brentwood. The staff was fantastic and the food authentically italian and excellent. We started with excellent bread and a plate of memorable gnocchi. Our main courses included delicious cioppino, perfect risotto and great pizza. And, the wine was well priced! We will definitely go back.

Pizzicotto is a good choice for solid Italian in Brentwood. The restaurant is not very big and is rather "cozy" with a Italian market kind of decor (dried chilies hanging from the ceiling, wine bottles and pasta on shelves...you get the idea). The service is friendly and prompt and the food is fresh and good. The Ravioli D'Aragosta is wonderful!... More

A belated review but 2014 has been busy !!!!! We went to Pizzicotto for New Years Eve 2013 into 2014. The restaurant is a small restaurant with a great friendly atmosphere. The service was excellent. The food was of a high standard. Will return :)

Vegetarian, seafood or meat eaters will be happy here. Decent wine list. Food very skillfully prepared--loved all the herbs and flavors used. Not just garlic like some italian places use. Atmosphere was a lot like Italy--crowded with tables close together, and some loud guests who probably had indulged in a fair amount of wine!

Today will be my third lunch visit this week to this newly discovered little gem in Brentwood. I had pizza carciofa the first time - thin, crispy crust that was perfectly cooked and so tasty. Second time, I had the chicken piccata - paillard of organic chicken with capers, sun dried tomatoes and a lemon sauce that was divine. Fresh... More
