A must for celebrities and star watchers. You're bound to see some here! The casual decor and the plant-filled restaurant, make it a cozy get-a-way. The pillows on the seats are a nice touch. There were 3 of us for lunch. We each had a glass of wine and chose one of the spaghetti dishes. All of us had left-over... More

Last time I was here is was to celebrate my birthday and I won't name drop, but trust me there were plenty of celebrity sightings and names to drop! It's lucky they have valet parking because it is a very congested street and not much in the way of free or self-parking options. Everything on the menu here is delicious... More

I have been to the Ivy many times. It's a consistently good place for brunch, or dinner. I especially love their salads. They also have great crab cakes. It's also a very pretty patio at night. They serve their famous Gimlet! You just have to make sure to make a reservation if you want to sit outside. It's also rather... More

The ivy has thrived off the idea that you might see a celebrity . Well if average but seriously over priced food and poor if not actually rude service is your idea of a great meal than keep on coming. I was coerced into going back and I am ever so sorry I did. This was one of the least... More

Doesnt get any better in LA than the Ivy. I am so happy that it has not changed after all these years. They have done such a great job with this brand. It was a geat spot 15 years ago and I still love coming here. By far the best spot in the city. The entire business model is worthy... More

A real pleasure to be served by a very efficient, clean, pressed and polite staff. Adorable decor, with hundreds of cut roses on every surface. The only negative? More roses! The buds from the vines growing near our table couldn't be contained and kept brushing my cheek! My cod was one of the most perfectly cooked fish dishes I have... More

We had a reservation at the Ivy on 15th September 2014, we were met with a complimentary glass of Champagne, and made to feel very welcome. We were sat on a table on the external terrace where both my Fiancé and I could both face forwards. Our server was very polite and knowledgeable, the food we had was literally perfect,... More

The place to see and be seen is the patio of The Ivy. The food is excellent, love the grilled vegetable salad, crabcakes and the scrumptious desserts. I do prefer the Santa Monica location however. The large patio fronts the beach (although across the street) but it has a light and airy feeling even inside. I would go just to... More

If you've not been, you should make this on your list of local hangouts and wonderful Sunday morning food on your next trip. The wait staff is gorgeous and the food is more tasty on the terrace than anywhere else. Bring your most laid-back self with you. No hassle or uptight attitudes allowed.
