If you are looking for a true LA experience, go to the Ivy. They call this a casual restaurant but the clientele is anything but casual. This is what I consider to be a shabby chic place -- a spot to see and be seen. People at the table next to us could hardly take their eyes off one of... More

Not only was the food good, the service was outstanding! The wait staff very attentive, but not always on top of us.When we arrived, we were ushered inside to get a complimentary glass of champagne. That's when we saw how fabulous the decor was inside. It was a beautiful LA evening, so we elected to dine outside under the lights.... More

We had the fish and chips and a steak and shared. Both were incredible. The fish and chips were tender and hot and tasteful. The steak was succulent and prob one of the best cooked steaks we have ever had. And the drinks were fun and unique! Especially the mango mojito! The service was great and the patio was beautiful.... The ambience and decor here is perfect -- whether inside or outside. The complimentary champagne was a nice touch while we waited and the wait was not that long. At first I was fearful the space would be too tight and overcrowded but the seat and table were perfect and very comfortable. The appetizers, entrees and dessert were all perfect.... More

My fiancee and I had brunch here on our trip through LA, it was a destination for us as many people had already recommended as a must do for Sunday Brunch and how its a classic Hollywood hot spot. Our expectations were that we were going to be snubbed since it was such a well known place for celebrities but... More

We were invited to the Ivy by locals after travelling to the US from Melbourne Australia. The Ivy is very very popular and it was packed. We waited for a reserved table and were seated inside. The ambience is fantastic and the service first class. But the roses and the food were the most memorable. My wife and I had... More
