Went to the Ivy for my Fiancé's birthday and absolutely loved it. The food was impeccable! The owner went out of her way to ensure that he was suffciciently surprised when he received his birthday cake. Loved it, would love to go back some day!

Cocktail menu was very interesting and ingredients very fresh.I was by myself and looking to take my time. There was no one there but the waiter asked me 90 times if I was ready to order. Very annoying for a place that expensive.

We have been coming here for years simply because it is next to the office. Every time we are done, I leave scratching my head as to why I come back. The food is not as good as even the Newsroom (an inexpensive restaurant across the street). For high-end restaurants in the Beverly Hills area, the food is undoubtedly the... More

Informal appearing sidewalk cafe, convenient to Cedars Med Center. The menu is ambitious...and they deliver! Try the shrimp tacos, the house salad with (wild) salmon and the key lime pie (which comes with FANTASTIC chocolate chip cookies). If you're game, try the Bloody Mary; really one of the best that I've ever tried. Not inexpensive...but worth the tariff!

We ate at the Ivy on May 1, after a day of sightseeing in the LA area. We had made reservations in advance, and were seated immediately on the patio. The zucchini blossom appetizer was incredibly good. I had the seafood risotto, which was perfectly cooked. The others at our table had a lobster club, chicken enchiladas, and a steak,... More

Had a lovely evening last night at The Ivy in Los Angeles. Our Server, Tanner, was friendly, knowledgeable and made our visit a lot of fun - recommending menu items that were right on target. The food and drinks were terrific. I started with the Black Pearl, muddled blackberry, Vodka and lime, the caprese salad as a starter and the... More

What a snooty place. My pregnant wife and I made reservations 3 weeks in advanced and was asked to wait 30 min. What a joke. No apology even when there were open tables showing. Have had better customer appreciation in many other LA restaurants than this. Want to feel insignificant? Go to Ivy but make sure you make sure you... More

My Daughter, Sister, and I decided to go here for dinner. We had heard it had good food and the atmospher was good. You need to make reservations. My Daughter and Sister had a pasta dish and I had crab cakes with grilled vegetables. The grilled vegetables were good. The crab cakes were fried but tasted good. The pasta dish... More

I found the restaurant very average at best The food was nothing special and well overpriced The waiters were unhelpful and unfriendly and the odd smile wouldn't go amiss I guess if we would have been celebrities things may have been different My wife loved it though which was the main thing and I didn't ruin her day by having...
