Native foods is a 100% vegetarian restaurant located very close UCLA and in the same neighborhood where all the premiers are shown. The restaurant prepares various dishes in the 'classical' dishes such as chicken burger and chips, Thai coconut curry etc. i tried the Thais coconut curry and was very disappointed as it was very bland with no spices in... My husband and I have been to Native Foods a few times. The food is absolutely delicious! Not only that, the staff is so welcoming and friendly. It's always a good time, so we can't wait to go back!

This vegetarian restaurant has a great menu filled with a variety of choices. Even if you are not a vegetarian you will enjoy it. The bowls are not only delicious, but they are very large and filling. I had the soul bowl (brown rice with red beans and vegies and fake chicken that tastes and looks just like real chicken)... Native Foods has a chain atmosphere, but surprisingly we enjoyed the taste of the faux meat specials including the "Reuben" & "native chicken" in the Moroccan bowl. We also tried the pumpkin pie with a ginger sauce and their interesting drink offerings. Good place for lunch!

Everything on the menu sounds enticing. I didn't notice the restaurant was vegan until I was finishing. The choices allow you to go gluten free as well. I enjoyed my lunch salad very much. It was so big that I brought some home for the next day. There were lots of tables and a steady flow of people. I would... More

My son chose this restaurant for lunch on Mother's Day, and, wow, I was glad he did! We've returned a few more times, and each time we've really enjoyed the food. Just thinking about the sweet potato fries...my favorite is the Indo Noodle Salad!

We had dinner at Native Foods last week on our trip to LA. I knew about it from vegan food blogs. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It's not a full-service restaurant...you order from the cashier and a server brings your food to you. The staff was friendly and helpful. When the food arrived, we were pleased with the appearance/presentation and... More

I was visiting my daughter at USC in Los Angeles last week. She is a vegetarian and wanted me to try Native Foods. Not only was the food beyond delicious, the servers and cashier were the most customer friendly individuals I had met on my visit. I had the Bangkok curry bowl and my daughter had the Soul Bowl. I... Native Foods raised the bar for vegan eating for me! I absolutely love their food and look forward to visiting this restaurant every time I end up in L.A. You can't really go wrong with any of the menu options and you definitely must try their desserts. I'm in love with their cheesecake. The burgers (try the Oklahoma Bacon Cheeseburger)are... More
