This place has great food, ambiance and drinks! It's a little pricey though. But all in all, our waiter was very knowledgeable and explained everything on the menu including the drinks to the T. I heard it's now closed which is sad. I hope it's just temporary and it will reopen soon.

This was totally unexpected. Amazing--fried artichokes, soft shell crab, fried olives, shrimp, chicken wings. We had several dishes. The only items, out of probably 12, that were just really good but not amazing, were the corn and rotisserie chicken. The drinks were like nothing we've ever had--so many flavors. We were trying to decide between Drago's and Parrish. We only... More

I'm not a knowledgable foodie but I dined with a few last night and we were all delighted. Very accessible and diverse menu but with great style and flavor. The wait staff was well informed, patient and attentive. It's clear that the kitchen staff pays great attention to detail. Kudos all the way around. I'd love to go back the... More

ON the bright side. It was not "bad" as one friend had said of her previous experience. ON the other hand, she was right that the fried oysters in the poutine were soggy, which, I can see who that happens, but if you're gonna do it, find a way to make it work. However, the bone was awesome! Buut, bone... More

Nice small selection for breakfast, cool spot to stumble upon. Hipster lPortland like atmosphere in the middle of the city.

This is one great place in the middle of nothing better you can see around, location is awesome just near to Staples Center and Live LA. You must go there when you see the lightning trees outside, the elegance of the bar and people enjoying the terrace outside. When you come in is the same, good taste in decoration, polite... More

The Parish is a hot restaurant right now in Los Angeles, and with good reason. There is a great vibe in the space and it would be perfect for pre or post theatre as it's convenient to the Music Center. Skip the fried chickpeas and go for the deviled eggs as a snack. The burger is enough for 4 to... More

The food was good, but in the dim light, it was hard to read the menu that was styled for effect, not function. Unfortunately, in the evening on a week night, it was so loud from the bar, which looked like a hip singles scene, it was hard to hear my companions at the tables.

Not only were the cocktails beautifully crafted, but the small and middle-sized plates were all delicious: deviled eggs, fried olives/garbanzo beans especially.

Located on Spring just above 7th, The Parish occupies a corner reminiscent of the Flatiron in NYC - but on a much smaller scale! This two storey building houses a simple bistro style cafe/lunch spot downstairs (with small outdoor patio) and a darker dinner restaurant and bar upstairs. The place has a great feel of being relatively off the tourist... More
