This small cafe is located in a non-trendy neighborhood, but once found it is a real gem. With a reasonably-sized menu they have a nice assortment of appetizers, soups, and salads. The entrees are mid-priced, and portions were generous. There are fish, beef, lamb, and vegetarian entrees. We went with a couple of friends, and everyone was very pleased with... More

Great food and great service. Sea Bass was outstanding. Family ran and showed great interest in customer service.

The menu has a good variety of dishes. The potato crusted sea bass is to die for. Other dishes like pasta and lamb shank are wonderful too. Portions are large enough that it is difficult to save room for dessert which you want to do. Did I mention this cafe is a BYOB establishment and the corkage is free. So... More

My wife was eager to try this newbie for brunch last Saturday. Decor was pleasing, but the place was sparsely attended around 11:45 AM on a Saturday. Menu was very limited. French press coffee was awful. No on-menu fruit option - when served, a few meager grapes and honeydew. Eggs were well-prepared, but my potatoes were inadvertently omitted and not... More

We stopped here over a year ago driving from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara and stopped again today. Not disappointed - excellent. People who have this restaurant in their neighborhood are very fortunate.

We have come here with friends on several occasions. It. Is a neighborhood restaurant with an outdoor eating area out front and a moderate number of tables inside. The menu is somewhat simple with several soups ( we have enjoyed the mushroom soup ) several dinner salad choices (my wife and our friend are partial to the beet salad and... More

Within walking distance from our house, this new gem of a restaurant was quite a treat. Outstanding food, great value, good service. No alcohol license yet but no corkage fee so BYOB encouraged! The only downside is that the walls and floors are hard and the room noisy. So prepare to eat rather than talk!

I read a lot of reviews before going there. The food was good, but not amazing. The prices are average. They can use some help redesigning the sign and outside (along with menues). When you look from the street it looks like a caffeteria. Inside is much nicer. You can bring your own wine, which is nice. May go back... More

Had a group of 4. Service was very good. So was the food. The only negative, and it was minor, was that it was a little noisy, particularly when there were a lot of people waiting for tables. But it must be a good place if so many people are waiting for tables, right?

I wanted to try something new on a Friday evening and found this spot through yelp .    I was impressed by the menu,  pictures of the food and the more than reasonable pricing and decided to try it out.  It was amazing and most importantly did we get value for the price?   Answer:more than 200 percent! They don't... More
