I was taking a business associate out for dinner. On the elevator up to the room after checking in I noticed that Paparazzi had been rated as one of the top ten Italian Restaurants in LA so I emailed him to ask if Italian sounded good and he met me at the hotel. I was surprised and impressed. The service... More

The food was great and since we were with the LA Jazz Institute, we received a 10% discount on the food. Service was good and servers friendly. No negatives here!

We ate in the bar so cant speak to the dining room experience but a good dinner in a good atmosphere. Service was excellent, quick and attentive and boy did the bar mix good drinks!! Pizzas are really good, like flatbreads, and just the right size. Octopus salad also very good. You always wonder/worry about hotel domiciled restaurants, especially in... More

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Gateway hotel for an overnight lay over and were very please to learn about the quality food that Paparazzi had to offer. The restaurant was offering a fix price menu that offered a great variety at a reasonable price. The food was excellent and the service was good. Our dessert got delayed a bit... More

Freshness, quality and presentation of the food. The place was not too big but very cozy atmosphere.

We were staying at the Crowne Plaza the night before an early morning flight, but since their restaurant was closed for remodeling we ended up at Paparazzi. What a great find this turned out to be. There were a lot of interesting things on the menu so it was hard to decide. I ordered the Garganelli con Salsiccia. It was... More

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Gateway recently and, since we had already given up our rental car, settled on eating at Paparazzi which is the restaurant in the hotel. We did not expect much since it is an airport hotel restaurant but it seemed like the simplest plan. We enjoy eating out at higher end restaurants and... More

I did not stay there, I only had dinner at the "Paparazzi" Italian restaurant. I ordered a vitello tonnato as a starter and a salmon main dish. The restaurant was half empty. I waited patiently for the starter dish to arrive.. it took about 30 minutes, but then the main dish came about 30 seconds before the starter. So the... More

A famous and decent restaurant in a good hotel, but the service was the worst so far in my life. I had to ask for bread twice and it was after appetizers arrived. Just a glass of water and a bottle of red wine for half an hour. Then, while we were enjoying appetizers, maybe only a half way, our... More
