Amazing salads but better for lunch than dinner.

Superb collection of salads and sandwiches. Everything was delicious!!! The lemonade was the best i've had. A little pricy so be careful when selecting your salads

This is the best cafeteria style cafe with the most sensational salads, healthy sandwiches and hot food. Food is very cheap. This is a must if you visit LA. Try the cucumber and mint lemonade - it is addictive. My favourite salad this time was the brussel sprout with dates and parmesan. You can also buy the Lemonade cookbook so... More

First class place to meet with friends for a casual lunch. Plenty of healthy, tasty food on offer. The restaurant was busy but the line moved fast and they serve you cafeteria style I guess you would say. Delightful salad selections as well as good choice of sandwiches - I had the veggie chili too which was excellent, tasty and... More

There are some excellent tasty choices and really delicious stews. Very good chicken with olives stew. Only problem is a lot of the salads are very, very salty (though still good). I will be back, hope they can somehow ease up on the sodium content. Lemonades I tried were pretty good.

I lived in Venice for a short period and I ate here many times. I love the fact that you can choose different kind of food, very healthy juices (also the version no-sugar for me finally!) and very kind staff. Going back in LA soon and definitely going back to Lemonade.

We popped in on a weeknight around 8pm and had a minimal wait and easy sitting. Loved the variety on offer, I felt it was a little pricey for the portion size - but it was all pretty delicious, so who can complain? The crunchy ahi roll was off the chiz-ain.

This eatery was the best discovery in LA for me this time. The food so delicious, fresh and plenty. A true refuge :) I will go back any time I am in LA and even bring a doggy bag to eat at the airplane.

I never knew how much I loved brussel sprouts until I had them here. This is a perfect place to stop on your way to the beach and get some food to take along. My daughter adores their lemonade and their cupcakes are some of the best I have ever had- I leave here feeling like I had a meal... More

Staying in Venice

Neighborhood Profile
Venice
Venice has always danced to its own beat as the epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along the boardwalk there are street performers and local craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings, souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders do their tricks around the skate park. All of it happens under the warm California sun with sprawling views of sand and sea. Heading east, the main drags of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street are lined with boutique shops, some major retail stores, art galleries and restaurants. Here the ambiance is more relaxed and upscale than the frenetic boardwalk area. Venice is a mostly walkable (and certainly bikeable) neighborhood, full of areas to explore.
