When I saw my credit card bill I saw I got charged more than what I have on my receipt. This may be linked with the fact that the waiter complaint about how much we had tipped him.

I never go to bars but we were celebrating (?) our fitness trainer's last workout with a group of us. He's a Nola native and had talked about Five0Four so we decided to meet there. The food was great and we had a variety of things--Jambalaya, fried pickles, shrimp po boy, hamburger, lobster grilled cheese. The server was great=patient, friendly,... More

Went for brunch on a Sunday, and the place was perhaps half full. It took half an hour to take my order -- a couple fried eggs, potatoes and toast. The fried eggs showed up 50 minutes later. It took another ten minutes for two pieces of toasted Wonder Bread, sans butter. Let me know if you see any potatoes,... More

They have a selection of slushy drinks and Food is amazing that goes with their New Orleans vibe.always great music and very good looking rocker type of clientele. They always have themed nights like tiny Tuesday and beer pong night. Every time in I'm Hollywood my first stop is five0four!!!!!!... More

The food was good but not quite New Orleans. Being from there it's hard to please. The pulled pork sandwich was very good, shrimp poboy was pretty good. They need real French bread. The atmosphere is more of a bar than restaurant . Beignets were ok, needed salt in the mix. The service was slow but they did comp us... More

We stumbled upon this place as we were strolling down Hollywood Blvd. So glad we did! It was Happy Hour so the prices were probably the best on the strip. Everything was so delicious too! I had this Lobster Grilled Cheese Sandwich that was simply out of this world. The drinks were tasty and definitely gave me a good buzzzz.... More

Staying in Hollywood

Neighborhood Profile
Hollywood
Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
