Unique dining experience

This is a small trendy Peruvian tapas eatery. We had seafood paella, scallops and chicken and fries. The portions were small but the taste and quality were very good. The churro and cookies we had for dessert were excellent. It was not cheap but is worth a try.

If you like throwing your money away then this is the place for you! Went to this restaurant last night for Mothers Day, quite a nice restaurant with two floors and friendly staff. We ordered numerous dishes and found it unbelievable when the main dishes started to arrive.........no matter what the dish, it is served in a small soup bowl... More

Well, I just got back from Peru a couple of weeks ago. I have eater Peruvian food in Los Angeles before, but this pace reminded me of nothing Peruvian or Japanese. They have a very large selection of Piscos which was nice...they even had a bottle of my favorite Pisco I tried in Cusco...so on the cocktail end, on point,... More

Picca certainly wasn't one of the finest restaurants I've been to or one of my favorites. But, it certainly is hip, innovative and the restaurant carries their Peruvian theme throughout the menu items and drinks. The menu does needs translation and is good for a more adventurous diner. If you're into spicy foods and "small bites" then Picca could be... More

We went to this Peruvian Restaurant very expensive the plates super super little and at the end they never told us that for a party of 7 the gratuity will be 20% after TAXES. The waiter took for ever in bringing the Orders then the Chaufa Rice was super salty....... Not a good experience.

Picca is a good place to go if you're not super hungry for a big traditional meal and want to nibble on a bunch of different tapas plates. From the exterior it's very unassuming, especially in this neighborhood of Pico but when we walked in I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and open interior with exposed kitchen, loft style... This is a great addition to the seemingly endless small plates restaurants in LA. But here we have a unique animal, serving causa, antechucos, ceviches and piscos. As the waiter told us, the menu is Peruvian, Japanese, French at once. Depending on what you get it may be more or less of each. I would recommend the Peruvian dishes and... More

The atmosphere is great. Highly recommend the sea bass ceviche, eel sushi on potato, pork belly and churros with chocolate sauce. Carrots were too charred and black cod not good. Plantains and paella good, not great. Overall I give it 1 out of 2 forks up.

Picca the new Peruvian restaurant that has been at the same location for 4 years is a real "will go back" find. Its so unusual that it takes some time to understand what they actually have to eat and drink. There are no traditional cocktails and their mix masters are a frenzy of activity taking varoius bottles from behind the... More

This is my favorite Peruvian restaurant. Once you eat here, there is not other place like it. The ceviche is amazing and the meat was cooked to perfection. If you never had a Pisco Sour, this is the place to try it. Eating at anything other Peruvian restaurant will never meet your expectations. Enjoy
