"I love the relaxed feel of this place - I enjoyed the CALAMARI and i loved the PENE MARSALA. My husband loved the Stuffed Mushroom and LINGUINE DE MARE. The place has a beautiful ambiance and has fresh flowers on every table. Managers are very accommodating and helps us with the menu. Service was well-timed and friendly, great selections of... More

Walked here from our hotel and enjoyed a nice dinner with my wife and daughter. Would be a good choice for a reasonably priced romantic dinner as well. Good food, good service.

Dined with party of 4--fun, casual atmosphere. Nice wine list and reasonably priced entrees. Easy walking distance from Convention Centre and downtown hotels--a nice change from chain restaurants in the LA Live Area.

We were in the downtown area, so we decided to eat at Cucina Rustica based on past reviews. The food is delicious. We ordered a grilled chicken Greek salad (a special that night), Chicken/Pollo Parmigiana and Liguine I'd Mare. We enjoyed all of our entrees. The food is well prepared and the service is very attentive. The only negative is... More

I had to work at a conference in the L.A. Convention Center and made a reservation the first night at Cucina Rustica. The experience was so good we ate there the next night too. The food is well prepared. Pastas are cooked just right and sauces full of flavor, the fish is cooked medium rare and not dried out. Wine... More

A last minute choice, as we were visiting from out of town and were looking for dinner close to our hotel. Food was very good, as was the service. Pleasant atmosphere. Reasonable prices.

I think there is more than one Cucina Rustica in the area. The one we dined in was on Figueroa Street near our hotel. This is a very attractive Italian restaurant. We dined early so it wasn't crowded, but as our meal progressed people poured in. We had bruschetta for an appetizer, followed by lamb cappellini. It was a wonderful... More

I arranged a dinner for 19 ladies from work during a conference in Los Angeles. For reference, we had dinner on a Wednesday night at 7:30pm. With a lot of restaurants to choose from, especially from a distance (we live in the Sacramento area), it is always a tough decision but I must say Cucina Rustica delivered and then some!... More

We ate here last week after reading the reviews and looking for a place within walking distance to the Sheraton. I walked by earlier in the day around lunch time and the place was packed. But, we dined on a rainy Monday night 10/28 and it was pretty much empty upstairs. The fresh hot bread and oils to start with... More

I have eaten here several times with business colleagues. The location is quite convenient, set at it will probably get busier once the new Korean Air building goes up across the street. Wilshire and Figueroa for the lunch crowd in downtown. It's usually busy for lunch but not crowded. Food is not spectacular but is pretty good, and a good... More
