Great vibe - good food.

We booked way in advance. This is a very popular spot and has an amazing vibe. Food was food, although pricey. In summer ask for a table on the terrace.

You don't go to Cecconi's for the food; it's just average. It's a nice restaurant with decent service and ambience.

We ate dinner and would highly recommend ordering their popular truffle pizza. I had the lamb ragu which was divine. The service was friendly and the decor and ambience was modern and sophisticated. The desert however was mediocre. Have also eaten at this restaurant in Miami which was of the same calibre.

Loved it! Nice atmosphere. Friendly and effective staff. Had steak tartar with a quail egg etc. . A salmon salad...tasted so fresh! Wow. Coffee. Fabulous desert that had hazelnut ice cream and chocolate sauce poured on top at the table. Well. Enjoyed it! A nice time and nice food! Nice indoor and outdoor dining area. Valet parking if you want.

We booked a few weeks in advance as we knew this place was popular with locals and Hollywood celebs! We checked in with the hostess early and sat at the bar for an hour before our table was ready. The bar was buzzing and was dimly lit, the bar staff were quick and the wine list very good, high end.... More

I'm giving 5 stars, which I rarely do. 6 for the food, and 4 for the ambience and service. First, the great point: in November, they have white truffles. They'll add them to several dishes, including a pizza and a risotto. Since we indulge once a season in truffles, we thought we'd give both a try. The pizza was very... More

Wonderful Italian environment. Outstanding waiter, Jack, Food not up to standard of first class Italian restaurant in Sydney, I had a wonderful entree but main was mediocre. Tiramisu for dessert. just ok. The wine was great and Jack made the night for us

Food is very tasty and portions are the right size, the wine list is top notch. The atmosphere is cool and relaxed, ideal to socialise. Good service.

So very West Hollywood style, great for people watching, nice bar with cool people and nice servers, capturing the unique and diverse West Hollywood spirit, people staying long and mingle all evening in the European manner, delicious food with appropriate amounts

I've been to Cecconi's several times over the years. It's always super busy each time I go. It's a bit of an odd bar scene with well dressed, older singles hanging about making eye contact, trying to meet. Definitely not my scene, nor why I go to restaurants. That said the staff is unerringly pleasant from the hosts to the... More

Staying in West Hollywood

Neighborhood Profile
West Hollywood
For years, West Hollywood has been known as a hub for the LGBT communities in Los Angeles. Today it still maintains the title, but has also become the “it” neighborhood for the entertainment industry’s up-and-comers. Producers, directors, writers and aspiring actors call this area home. Known for great boutique shopping, vintage clothing stores, home décor shops and fitness studios, West Hollywood is a grid of wide boulevards and narrow residential streets. The neighborhood also has a concentration of the most avant-garde restaurants in Los Angeles (rivaled only by the burgeoning restaurant scene Downtown). A trip to the iconic Sunset Strip, with its many clubs, music venues, hotels and flashing lights won’t be forgotten.
