Food here is fab! Place is very crowded, can barely walk between tables, service isn't great. Both times I've been here in the past month we were seated for 20--25 minutes before we saw a waiter. The tuna tartare is divine as are the braised short ribs. Everything is good and everything is pricey.

We looked forward to dining in this place w/so many great reviews but were let down. Like many of the reviews before noted: it is very loud (we got stuck in kiddy play land), there was a "traveling" magician entertaining some of the tables which seem odd in a bar atomsphere. After being seated for about 15 minutes w/o any... More

I have been to this restaurant twice in the past month - not so much for the food ( which is good), but rather the general package that comes with this dining or lunch experience - great atmosphere, pleasant staff, delicious food and acceptable prices. The menu is attractive and the food well presented and delicious with many standard fare... More

So ,"everyone" likes this place and one cannot say too much that affects an opinion but expect a fair experience with loudness, only fair service but good food. Would not put it in the top listing but that won't change a thing. Better food elsewhere.

Very cool place, the bloody mary´s were amazing and the food was delicious. The service was not that great the day we went but they took great care of us when we said something. Highly recommended, you won´t be disappointed!

Great upscale place to sit at the bar solo or socialize with friends. I go here too much, but it's near my house and I love it.

Well, who says you have to be from Italy to serve Italian cuisine. This place does a decent job and their small plates menu from 4-7 (Tues-Sat) is a great way to try different items at either $4 or $7. For example, the baked gnocchi with gorgonzola ($4) was very tasty as was the calamari ($7). During these hours they... More

My wife and I went with a couple of friends of ours because the hotel had recommended this as a casual eatery. The décor is nice and very inviting. I ordered the chicken along with our friend and we were both very disappointed. It's difficult to mess up chicken, but Cecconi's proves that it is entirely possible. No flavor, and... More

I try to go to Cecconi's at least twice every time I travel to LA. The food is delicious. On my most recent visit I had the grilled octopus with lemon, capers and olives and the squash blossom, goat cheese, black truffle pizza. Both were outstanding. I always enjoy trying new restaurants and a variety of cuisines. I don't revisit... More

Hosted an event for 20 people here and it went very well. Service was very good and efficient. Food was good, fresh and nice. We got a separate private room for our lunch meeting. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere.
