Just great food.

OK - so the service needs some major improvements but you simply cannot suggest that the food in Cecconi's is simply not to die for. The Black truffle pasta is a personal favorite. Went with my sons . Pretty and lively. Decor was very pretty. Outdoor seating superb. The bread was fantastic, drinks okay, and when a cook says "al dente" they mean it. My pasta and my sons were good. Just a minute or more so of cooking would have helped. Not crunchy, but close to it. Very efficient and friendly staff.

We went to this restaurant on recommendation from the concierge at our Hotel. It did not disappoint. Food was amazing, service was perfect - not intrusive but always there to fill our glasses or clear plate. The Eggplant is to die for - and make sure you save room for dessert - the meringue is superb. Also no shock when... More

Wonderful Italian food and great atmosphere!! The truffle goat cheese pizza is unreal as was all of the food! A bit dark and noisy but it adds to the experience

Our Taxi driver and two other shop keepers recommended this place and I'm glad we went! Had lunch here. It was crowded and we decided to eat at bar. Friendly bartender and the food and service was fabulous. Had a great gem lettuce salad with baby beets and hazelnuts. Yummo. Had tortelloni stuffed with butternut squash and ginger. OMG, but... I loved the decor - beautiful Italian, chic but not overly done. One of my fave especially in the summer.

We came for dinner and my brothers birthday. We had an excellent server taking care of us We ordered a several dishes to start, octopus, gnocchi, tartar, and a salad. While i didn't like my octopus, because i like it more Galician style, the other appetizers were good Then we had pumpkin pasta, pepronatta pasta, sole, and another dish. They... More

if you want to see all the beautiful people in La La land having Brunch - this has gotta be the place. No simple people here! Food is ok - nothing out of the ordinary but acceptable. You go here for the ambiance which is superb. Very nice service but.........would I go there again? You bet I would !!

Food here is fab! Place is very crowded, can barely walk between tables, service isn't great. Both times I've been here in the past month we were seated for 20--25 minutes before we saw a waiter. The tuna tartare is divine as are the braised short ribs. Everything is good and everything is pricey.

Staying in West Hollywood

Neighborhood Profile
West Hollywood
For years, West Hollywood has been known as a hub for the LGBT communities in Los Angeles. Today it still maintains the title, but has also become the “it” neighborhood for the entertainment industry’s up-and-comers. Producers, directors, writers and aspiring actors call this area home. Known for great boutique shopping, vintage clothing stores, home décor shops and fitness studios, West Hollywood is a grid of wide boulevards and narrow residential streets. The neighborhood also has a concentration of the most avant-garde restaurants in Los Angeles (rivaled only by the burgeoning restaurant scene Downtown). A trip to the iconic Sunset Strip, with its many clubs, music venues, hotels and flashing lights won’t be forgotten.
