Went for a drink, ended up having dinner there. Downtown LA is hot hot hot again. Stayed at nearby Biltmore Hotel and wandered down one evening, so glad we did. As if the patisserie at the front was not enticing enough, the open kitchen, long apron-ed waiters and the haughty-chic hostess and the massively convivial air all contributed to us... More

I love my brunches and have not done many in LA and am so glad to see they are doing it right! I know that brunch is a popular thing here, but having lived in New York for so many years I was hesitant. Service was great and the food was amazing. I am a dessert snob and I was... More

Loved having brunch here. All of the food is prepared beautifully and we loved the drinks! Whats even better is you can choose a treat from the endless desserts on your way out in the sweet shop!

Per my girl, this place is just beautiful! It's extravagant dessert. Elegant design. Eye pleasing YUMMINEST. Expensive so just a little treat here & there.

Overall I just wasn't overly impressed with the food... I mean, we live in a country where there's seemingly a good Italian bistro every couple blocks, and this didn't do it for me just for this reason because I know I can go down the street a ways and do better. However, nothing was bad, service was great, nice space... More

Beignets served hot and freshly made with raspberry compote sauce. We were in downtown LA for a convention and just stumbled on this place while looking for an evening cup of coffee when many places were closing. Initially, I thought the $10 price for a plate of for beignets was a bit steep, but we enjoyed them so much that... More

We stopped by to try the macaroons as recommended by friends- wonderful selection and tasted great- pricey at $2.50 each but a great splurge. Did not get the chance to eat dinner or lunch but smelled wonderful

From entering the door you know you are in a happening place in downtown Los Angeles. You are met with sights, sounds, and a wonderful smell of great food. The market part of the the restaurant is filled with goodies you can't pass up. The wine you can purchase there is on the top of everyone's wine list! The bar... More

I wished I had time to eat a meal here, but alas I was only stopping for a few delicious pastries. I got an amazing vanilla latte and a variety of treats, including a raspberry macaroon that made my eyes roll it was so delicious. There is a variety of grab-and-go type snacks and drinks as well if you want... More
