The grilled artichokes were out of this world as was were the pasta dishes. The bakery was divine and I wanted to taste everything. It is a very noisy place and difficult to hold a conversation. Go early and get a table immediately.

The only thing that keeps me from giving it one star [or no stars] is the fact that we had a good waiter and the "greeting" people are thoughtful and efficient. Everything else is really terrible. Eight of us were there on a Thursday for an early dinner. Even with the place less than half full, the noise level is... More

I absolutely loved the food at Bottega Louie. Many people say so. Good service. European flavor. Trendy and fun. But I wanted to take home almost everything from the bakery counter. I regretted that I was flying out that day and it was not practical. But we still took more than we needed. But not more than we could eat... More

Cute little spot in downtown LA. The coffee and macaroons were delicious and we did eat anything else here but we saw the pizza, pastas and salads coming out of the kitchen and wished we were in LA for more than the day just to try it!

Food is about 4 out of 5 stars for its freshness and taste, but the dessert st B-L is definitely 5 out of 5 stars. Countless choices and fresh made!!! Highly recommended!

The place seemed quite busy to grab a lunch, so I'd decided to go for their macarons only. My choices were sea salted caramel, lavender, mango, earl grey, pistachio, and their famous 4-inch vanilla macarons. Here are my taste reviews. Sea salted caramel - it tasted like rich chocolate without overbearing, and a little bit of sea salt must had... More

Was craving pasta. Hilton doorman suggested this place. My partner ordered pasta with chunks of beef and thought his dish had crispy potato, but it was crispy fried pasta? My shrimp dish had long thick tubes of pasta. Should have option to select pasta for your dish, as we did not enjoy what was served. We didn't eat the pizza,... More

Bottega Louie was elegant, with an open air kitchen, and amazing treats on display. It was packed when we walked in, but we got lucky after about only a ten minute wait in the "seat yourself" area. My husband had the lobster hash. It was delicious! I had the salmon millefeuille that made me say, "mmm!" after every bite. We... More
