Sunday Apres Matinee late lunch

We have been going here for over a year. Usually for a bite at the bar and/or cocktails on the spur of the moment. If you don't have a res, odds are you won't be seated at a table. So make them. We met the Family (6) of us after a Show around 4PM Sunday. The place was empty when... read more

Nice front causal room and back more formal room with some comfortable seating in the rear and sides. Really wonderful food. My fish taco was fresh and tasty, my friend had really nice salmon. Meats looked great too. Excellent service, wine by bottle or glass. Amazing chocolate cake and cappuccino to end meal. Happening place and foodie place to take... More

On the end of the Sunset Strip, drinks were good but expensive, service good. Did not eat there. Decor is modern. Parking is across the street and takes validation

I had the Lobster and they take it out and replace it with potatoes, potatoes, potatoes and a little bit of Lobster. I had to dig through the potatoes to find a few pieces of Lobster. This is the most expensive thing on the menu so you would think it would be great.

A delicious dinner in a beautiful space. High ceiling in the dining area gives the place a very open feeling and does wonders for the noise level - It was packed the night I had dinner there, but conversation at our table was easy. Food and service were both top-notch. Do not pass on the hanger steak. It was perfect.... More

We had a very bad experience the other night at Tavern. We arrived at 5:41 p.m. We entered and there was a very snooty, unfriendly hostess who wanted us to be seated in the bar area. We wanted to sit in the main dining room in the back. I took it upon myself to walk to the main dining room... More

Tavern has a very nice atmosphere although it can be loud, especially if your table is by the bar, which ours was. They have happy hour specials for drinks and wine. Those who had the potato soup for an appetizer said it was excellent. For dinner I chose the clams and chorizo with beans and saffron broth. It came with... More

Five members of our group of ten arrived 30 minutes before the time of our reservation, but the maitre d' invited us to take our seats at the table early, where we were allowed to order drinks. This was a pleasant surprise, and we took advantage of it. Wednesday nights, the menu said, are special nights, with Latin music, a... More

Beautiful interior, very creative and different, wide open space. Excellent small plates, one per. Can share the mains. Loved the short rib main, but was a bit skimpy. Chicken small plates, and lamb meatballs very special.

It's a popular hot spot-- trendy, delicious food, and spectacular service! The Bellini was the popular brunch cocktail. Excellent food: benedict breakfast, avocado toast, ricotta pancakes, croissant, and side potatoes. It was a lovely brunch! Perfect for special occasions.
