Unfortunately this place has a great name, nothing more. Went to a USC Basketball game went to dinner before. Service was poor. The waitress was completely overwhelmed. Food came out cold and it was preprepared is all they had to do was reheat it........ Paying real prices for pre cooked food is wrong. We were kind of stuck because we... More

This is a nice restaurant, but that's where the compliments end. The atmosphere is terrible, because you'll likely be the only ones there. The menu is alright, but it clearly tries to hard to impress with things like a wedge Caesar salad & a 1 pound burger? What am I at a Sizzler or something? Anyway, the quality of the... More

... but evening salads were just average; or in the case of the Steak Salad, inedible dried out piece of old meat. The wait staff were all diligent, no problem with the service.

We went to McKay's prior to a concert at the Shriner Auditorium. The restaurant is rather dark and almost too subdued. There isn't a lot of atmosphere, but the service and staff were very attentive. We had shortribs for dinner, and the meat was too fatty, although the dish had a nice flavor. However, for what it was, which was... More

Used McKays for breakfast while staying at the Radisson next door. I think that this restaurant is part of the hotel but not sure. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfasts were well prepared and came with some tasty fruit on the side. Service was fast but not rushed. The atmosphere was nice and I would... More

Nice, quiet, comfy escape for a drink or two and some good conversation or the game on TV. The service is quick and friendly. The bar is well-stocked, and the prices are L.A. reasonable.

Ate at the bar because the restaurant was closed. Had a great steak salad that I'd order again. Very attentive and friendly bartender. Great experience.

I had chicken and mashed potatoes with a fancy name, but it was really good. Tomato bisque soup also tasty. Friendly service.

Reasonably priced breakfast with the exception of the $3.00 cup of coffee. Good overall

I can't speak for other meals, but I found the breakfasts to be reasonably priced, plentiful, and tasty. The fruit was fresh.
