Whenever we get a chance we try and make it to The High Tea Cottage for a tasty meal and a relaxing afternoon. Jen & Ken are fabulous hosts and the food and tea selections are yummy! We have never had a bad time there.

Just as the earlier reviewer wrote, skip this place. The tea itself was tasty, but every piece of food was a disappointment if not disgusting. The tart dough was store-bought and tasted old. The scones had no flavor, lacked crumbly texture and were not like any scone I've ever made or eaten. The cream puffs were the frozen variety, and... More

I felt the decor was cute and that ended there. The menu is way overpriced for what you get and although you are not rushed as midweek the place is not busy or almost empty. No choice on the one blueberry scone, and no lemon curd. The scone was not tasty. For a 3 year old they offer the princess... More

Emily Post book of Etiquette . A tea, no matter how formal it pretends to be, is friendly and inviting. One does not go to be impressed or instructed, but merely in an informal and everyday spirit, to see one's friends and be seen by them. The service is outstanding and the tea is brought out on a cart to... More

The High Tea Cottage is the location that my family goes for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions. You always have a wonderful time, the service is excellent and personal. There are so many teas to choose from I always find something different that does not disapoint. Recently I took my teenage daughter and her friend for my daughter's birthday. They... More

I was taken to Tea this past weekend as a Mothers Day outing by by daughters. It was stupendous! Cherie went out of her way to accommodate my diet requests and also allowed us to see and smell the aromas of the teas prior to ordering, this was very enjoyable, helpful and enlightening. The Royal High Tea was spectacular with... More

For people who really love tea! They have the traditional British high tea and a wonderful Australian version as well. Amazing selection of white, green and black teas. It's a delightful way to spend a leisurely afternoon :)
