A Great Time Out

Met up with some longtime friends. I’d heard about their burgers, and had to try one. Verdict: One of the absolutely best-tasting burgers I have ever had. They won’t change anything; your only option is how you want it done. And don’t bother asking for ketchup. There isn’t any. However the aoli... read more

To put it quite simply....the only thing worth going for is the Office Burger and the outdoor seating. That is it. Do not order the heirloom potato dish. Horrible. Fries are great. Burger and fries and beer and you will be happy. Average service at bar

I've been coming to this place for years, and I am always amazed at the delicious array of craft beers on tap! if you like beer, like trying new beers, love a variety of beers across the gamut, this is the place for you!!! Built in a converted bakery and right in the heart of the growing cooler by the... More

Father's Office is a well known Craft beer and food bar located in LA. He has several rules which I don't mind 1. No Ketchup. I don't find this to be a problem as the aioli he serves is tasty 2. No substitutions. He wants you to enjoy what he thinks is perfect burger. It is so I don't want... More

Converted large bakery plant (Helms Bakery) to shops and restaurants. FREE valet parking. Large selection of beers on tap. Outstanding burgers and fries. No substitutions or changes allowed on your burger order. Also had a side of their mushrooms – very good. Not cheap.

When I visit my son in LA,since he works around the corner from FO,we usually end up there for a bite and a beer. Is it a little pretentious? Maybe but the food is very good (even without ketchup) and they have a great beer selection. This visit just had apps- fantastic mushrooms and fries. Chorizo balls very good, just... More

I like that they make a burger and you get it the way they make it…pick something off if you don't like it. However, it is probably off-putting to many. We were there early on Sunday night so it was a great, relaxed environment and the service was exceptional. The beer selections were amazing. I usually drink wine but they... More

We went on the recommendation of a friend because the burger here was food network worthy. Dislikes were that you order at the bar and get a number on your table. The inside while very cool was so noisy we sat outside which was nice ...sorry but we all like ketchup with our fries...bring your own...The Burger said it had... More

This place was great. There is a really great atmosphere here. There's great outdoor seating too. Really huge tables outside for big parties, which is great. There is a smallish food menu, but all of it wonderful. My friends and I ordered a few dishes and shared them and they were all great. I think you could probably get anything... More
