Everyone loves the pizza but there's more..

The rainbow is a the place to go for anyone who loves rock and roll. Yes, you may get a glimpse of some famous rock star but the scene alone is worth the trip. Seriously a great place to people watch. People come here for the pizza but I LOVE the Italian roast beef sandwich. It's so yummy and... read more

It is what it is : old style food in a legendary place. Nothing fancy, dont go there expecting this.Spaghetti, steak sub, fish and chips, kinda place. Its still amazing to visit. They have movie nights on some weeknights. Service is friendly and quite fast too. The music playing is, of course, always the best! A staple to visit while... More

We were waiting for tattoos in the area and decided to relax for a few minutes! Outside the weather was perfect and the margaritas were awesome! Also went with a grilled cheese that was superb! Excellent venue!

If you are a music fan you have to visit the Rainbow when in LA! The atmosphere, the memorabilia, the feeling of history in the place, it's a pretty special experience. Our food was fine, honestly nothing particularly amazing but decent enough and not too expensive. We didn't go for the food though, I don't know how many people do!

Dinner at the Rainbow is one of those things that you can't miss as a music lover. Stepping inside the dining room is like stepping inside music history. All the walls are covered in music memorabilia, pictures of the rich and famous that once stepped foot inside these walls. The food is great! We had the pizza and it was... More

Just had dinner at the Rainbow, from the outside looks like well it looks. Had to say once the food came out could not stop thinking how good the food was. Had Chicken soup and Lasagna. Both were highly tasty. Chicken soup had patatos, first time I had had the combination. Lasagna while not looking like all that was very,... More

How can you not come to the Rainbow Bar and Grill while in town? We have been there on a couple of occasions when passing by; this time twice on our visit to LA as we saw back to back shows at the Roxy and Whiskey a Go Go. Make sure you get there early enough to grab a seat... More

Spent a fantastic night out in the Rainbow with a big group of friends. We were mainly just drinking but we all ordered a bunch of food and snacks to share. The food was surprisingly good having had a few people warn us about how mediocre it is. Atmosphere was brilliant, great music and great vibe. Great choice of drinks... More

Came here to celebrate a birthday...was not expecting really good food because it's sort of a rocker place with a patio that's 420 friendly. Ordered Steak and I had the BEST STEAK! Was happily surprise. In line with the STK, Mortons & Del Friscoes! Definitely coming back for more good food....great steak!

Let me start by saying we went on a busy Friday night. There was plenty staff available to serve though which makes it hard to understand why everything took so long and there were mistakes. We were charged $10 each for entry (given 2 tokens each for drinks but it was not explained these had to be certain kinds of... More
