I come here to meet my friends. Casual, delicious, and relaxing... The never-ending appetizer plate with pita is fantastic, and you get to taste everything!!! Come as you are - and come hungry! You'll be happy you did

This place is very casual, on the rowdy side and nothing fancy. You should come here for just plain old great food with friends and family. We reserved ahead of time because we were a large party and the service was pretty good, considering how many people we were. The menu is long and has many options for everyone. The... More

This is a delicious and casual place that is nice to come with kids. I love the hummus with mushrooms and the chicken is amazing. My kids love this restaurant. Is very I expensive and a great value. My family of four usually only needs two entrees between us. Two sides come with each entree and are delicious - try... More

I placed a take-out order of hummus, falafel balls and Baladi Eggplant (grilled with tahini, chick peas and a lemon/garlic sauce). I thought, at $35, this was a tad dear for Middle- Eastern takeaway, but was told it was a par-for-the-course price for the area. My main disappointed was with their signature dish, hummus, which was rather oily and liquidy.... More

There are many hummus places in the San Fernando Valley and the Hummus Bar is one of the top 3. They have a variety of hummus dishes and their laffa bread that comes right out the oven with the warm hummus is just a perfect combination. The Romanian kabob is good and the liver with onion in wine over mash... More

I had a Groupon to this place and I was very excited to try it as I'm a fan of Middle Eastern food. We arrive to a somewhat empty restaurant (which was strange for 7pm!) and no one greeted us or attempted to seat us. We had to find someone to ask if we could grab one of the many... More

If a place is packed with their 'own', it's probably worthwhile to go in. When I stepped in this place, I felt like in Israel. Everyone speaks Hebrew and I was the only Asian in the restaurant. It was packed and we had to sit at the bar, but I didn't mind since the service was prompt and friendly. I... More

My son and I had a Groupon for the Hummus Bar and Grill. We probably shouldn't have chosen to try it on a Saturday night, but we did. It was a little confusing about what you do to put your name down 'cause everyone's so busy but someone sent us inside to the cashier/hostess. She indicated that there wasn't an... More

The menu items are all very middle east inspired and our selections tasted fresh and delicious. Hummus, pita, olives, tabouli, salads; all excellent. We will go back if we're in the neighborhood again. As it was Sunday there were a lot of families and as the place is all hard surfaces and plain decor it was really noisy. It's a... More
