On a recommendation from my son, we took a group to the Hummus Bar. They have a great menu with middle eastern vegetarian and carnavore foods. The waitstaff was excellent and friendly and offered suggestions. If you like hummus and a variety, you'll love this place along with the fresh made pita style bread.

Great israeli food and service. You have to try the hummus and pitot/ lafot! All the food is fresh and delicious and the dishes are huge. Very recommended for Israelis and people who like israeli food or want to experience it!

I love the food, i had a grid chicken breast skewer without salad and grilled veggies and the hummus with garbanzo beans and shared it, its a lot of food ads it's yummy. $32.00 for that.....my only problem is that they just stained the floor and the chemical smell is really annoying, gave me a headache.

I come here to meet my friends. Casual, delicious, and relaxing... The never-ending appetizer plate with pita is fantastic, and you get to taste everything!!! Come as you are - and come hungry! You'll be happy you did

This place is very casual, on the rowdy side and nothing fancy. You should come here for just plain old great food with friends and family. We reserved ahead of time because we were a large party and the service was pretty good, considering how many people we were. The menu is long and has many options for everyone. The... More

This is a delicious and casual place that is nice to come with kids. I love the hummus with mushrooms and the chicken is amazing. My kids love this restaurant. Is very I expensive and a great value. My family of four usually only needs two entrees between us. Two sides come with each entree and are delicious - try... More

I placed a take-out order of hummus, falafel balls and Baladi Eggplant (grilled with tahini, chick peas and a lemon/garlic sauce). I thought, at $35, this was a tad dear for Middle- Eastern takeaway, but was told it was a par-for-the-course price for the area. My main disappointed was with their signature dish, hummus, which was rather oily and liquidy.... More

There are many hummus places in the San Fernando Valley and the Hummus Bar is one of the top 3. They have a variety of hummus dishes and their laffa bread that comes right out the oven with the warm hummus is just a perfect combination. The Romanian kabob is good and the liver with onion in wine over mash... More

I had a Groupon to this place and I was very excited to try it as I'm a fan of Middle Eastern food. We arrive to a somewhat empty restaurant (which was strange for 7pm!) and no one greeted us or attempted to seat us. We had to find someone to ask if we could grab one of the many... More

If a place is packed with their 'own', it's probably worthwhile to go in. When I stepped in this place, I felt like in Israel. Everyone speaks Hebrew and I was the only Asian in the restaurant. It was packed and we had to sit at the bar, but I didn't mind since the service was prompt and friendly. I... More
