Great food; great service

Food is excellent and service is great. All staff is attentive to every table. One great perk is no corkage fee if you bring your own bottle of wine. In addition they have a very good wine list at reasonable prices. Only negative is hat it is difficult to hold a conversation in certain parts of... read more

The bar is very popular and the food is great. It is always very busy and typically we have to wait for at least 30 to 45 minutes. We never seem organized enough to make reservations. I love the cornbread and grilled artichoke. My family loves the ribs and the prime rib.

I was hesitant when the hostess explained they had to split us into two booths, but we really were craving their food! They went out of their way to seat us right next to each other which was great. Our Server was outstanding and was always there when needed but didn't hoover when we were enjoying conversation. Great knowledge of... More

Had a great time, original food, and excellent and friendly staff. As food took a bit long to come, they offered us the grilled artichokes we ordered as starter. Great gesture!! You have to book in advance, difficult to get a table after 8 pm.

seems like forever that the grill has been serving the same limited menu...but that seems to be their secret to longevity in a town that can't seem to keep a good one in town. speaking of secrets, here is a local gem, no corkage on first bottle of wine. used to be no corkage at all, but changed last year.

Food is very good. Nothing very trendy, but honest and freshly made. The problem is that getting a table, or even 2 seats together at the bar, is impossible after 5:30. No reservations for parties under 6. It's quite loud because of the general open floor plan and guests trying to talk over each other to be heard. Add a... More

My family and I are fortunate that Los Altos Grill isn't too far from where we live. We've always had a good meal there while relaxing in the curved booths. The wait times can be long but it helps to live nearby because we can put our name on the list, go home for awhile, and then return before our... More

Can be noisy, which is ok if you want to socialize around the bar. Food is quite good, especially if you like comfort food.

Experienced a remarkable dinner last night at the LA Grill. The staff was very friendly, service was amazing, and food fantastic. I enjoyed a light meal of the Kale & Chicken salad, and my dinner mate had the BBQ Salmon. We started with the grilled artichokes (specialty of the house) along with the deviled eggs. All were great choices. If... More

The Los Altos Grill is our favorite haunt to gather for a great meal, wonderful ambiance and first-rate staff. The smell of the wood fire rotisserie, the smooth and melodious rhythm of the jazz trio never disappoints in this warm and inviting place. Whatever the venue, the Hillstone Restaurant Group always delivers when you want sumptuous fare, professional staff, and... More
