Los Altos Grill is an excellent eatery with a nice selection of meals for everyone. The corn bread in a skillet is the best, sweet with a kick from the green chilis. The main dishes are a nice serving size. My husband loves the bone in prime rib. The enchiladas are very good and the Mexico City rice is well... More

The Los Altos Grill has become the benchmark for a good restaurant in this immediate area. The food is very good to excellent, prices are commensurate with the quality and service level. The issue is the noise and crowd, so go for lunch, or go later in the evening for dinner

Where else can you bring your own wine and enjoy a fabulous meal with your friends in the middle of the peninsula? Nowhere but here. Do not hesitate to visit. But be prepared for the wait as everyone else in town is here too!

Los Altos Grill has become an institution in Los Altos, a city that has very few good dining options.. And it's easy to see why. The food is very good, the service is very good, and the value is very good. LA Grill is part of the Hillstone chain, which includes a number of restaurants throughout the country known as... More

This place is always buzzing -- very crowded, noisy and hopping. Lots of folks gather down by the bar in the center of the restaurant so the noise is worst around the area. Young professional throng! Reservations are taken on UrbanSpoon but do not wait until the last moment to try to get in. They do reserve some places for... More

This warm bar centered restaurant draws you into its friendly environment where many are here to have a good time and enjoy their friends and family served by helpful and attentive staff. Been many times and a must for new visitors to the area.

My fiancé and I come here at least once a month. We usually scope out a seat at the bar. There is live music on Fridays which adds to the nice atmosphere. All the dishes are delicious, our favorites include the ahi tuna salad, macho salad and the Oreo cookie dessert with tcho hot fudge. Bring your own bottle of... More

comfortable restaurant, good food and decent wine choice. Lovely waitress. Only negative is price, it is overpriced for what it is (and coming from London we are well used to overpriced restaurants!) but even by London standards this was a pricey night out.

This restaurant has ridiculous wait times and handles that regular crush pretty well. The prices are high for the food you get, but the french dip is the best I have ever had. Truly incredible. Rare roast beef, buttery roll, flavorful au jus. Delicious! As an appetizer, I recommend the dip duo. Two tasty dips: guacamole and queso, for a... More
