I enjoyed my meal at this clean, well-run restaurant. I had a grilled chicken breast with veggies and cornbread - all perfectly prepared, not overseasoned. Nice view of the park, newly painted and has a fresh, clean look. The baked goods looked really yummy, but I was too full! Maybe next visit! more

The Original Pantry is located close to downtown Long Beach and is rated #50 out of 234 restaurants. The decor and furniture is outdated but food is typical breakfast food. I've only been here once while visiting Long Beach, but not 1 establishment near where I live has even come close to the breakfast I had at the Park Pantry. The pancakes were homemade...seriously homemade. The omelet was amazing and everything was fresh. They are also well known for their desserts. more
