Great experience, atmosphere

We actually went to King's 2 times in a week. First lunch. Really great. We all (5 of us) all had something different. Tasted everyone's. Very good. Next was happy hour. Delicious apps. Will be back

Had lunch here with some friends that I worked in Long Beach with 30 years ago. We marveled at the attractive new restaurants that have flowered on lower Pine Ave. We chose King's because we were in the mood for fish, and we were more than pleased with our decision. I started with a Bloody Mary, and it was served... More

My husband and I ate here after a long day at the convention center. The service was prompt. The food was well prepared and delicious. I guess I expected more local catch choices since you are very near the ocean. The prices were reasonable.

We had a great meal here for 4 -- good wine list and pricing mid range. They had a large party arrive which disrupted service, but the manager was aware and took care of us personally.

Had dinner with a group of businness associates (party of 7) on a Thursday evening. Did not have reservations, so we sat at the long table at the bar, which was fine. Appetizers were very good, although some of the oysters had an odd smell, while others on the sampler platter were exquisite. Sushi was also delicious and beautifully presented.... More

I love eating here. A giant loaf of hot sourdough bread with a Gorgonzola salad and artichoke is my favorite dinner. The drinks are good too.. I love eating in the bar. It's a more casual atmosphere and first come first serve style. I've never actually eaten in the big restaurant but it looks nice and has the same great... More

A great find on my trip here. The menu is very diverse but of course is fish and seafood focused. They offer sushi, all kinds of grilled and crusted fish, seviches, etc. Newly renovated, the restaurant has dark wood tables, lots of Windows and mirrored walls , high ceilings and low lighting . I had grilled super fresh mahi mahi... More

Undoubtedly worth going! Nice location, friendly staff, but first of all: seafood! Chowder, oysters, fish, accompanied by beer of wine - worth having!

This restaurant should receive five stars; except, for the side dishes which were served cold!! The appetizers, Bahia Oysters, are the best available. Main entrees served were Halibut (fresh, flaky and favorable), Crusted W/ walnuts and side dishes of spinach and ratatouille. Both side dishes were served cold and returned! Great quality food, great service and highly recommend!!

On our way home from our daughter's after Christmas we stopped at an old favorite for lunch. Our service was outstanding and even the manager stopped by to make recommendations. I had grilled cat fish and while it was very good, it was also very small; made me glad I ordered potatoes! My husband ordered the fried seafood platter and... More
