Wandering down the street and here is this little welcoming place for breakfast! We visited 11/10/2009 and the place was busy the whole time. We sat outside in the cute little sidewalk area and got to see many police visiting for breakfast and got to visit with them as we sat and ate. Food portions were great and priced well.... more

Thank Goodness for the Omelette Inn. It's the only place in Downtown Long Beach that serves "normal" food and "normal" prices. All the restaurants downtown seem to be specialty restaurants with high prices. At the Inn you can get a good hearty breakfast without feeling you have been taken for a ride. Whilst we were staying on the Queen Mary we were trying to find a place to have Breakfast. We asked the Bus Driver on the Passport Bus and he recommended the Omelette Inn.
