The ambience, menu, and views were all top notch. Worth every penny! I love how the drink menu gives you brief history of each drinks (time period it was popular, where it was first made..). It feels like you could look over and see a celebrity sitting at the next table.

You want to think that on a tourist attraction like the Queen Mary all they're going to have is bad hamburgers, and cold greasy fries. Sir Winston's has to be one of the most perfect and elegant dining experiences available to Southern California. Perfectly prepared classic steakhouse food, served with attention to detail. If you're looking for a great night... More

Mike90275 - Thank you for the feedback and the five stars! The best thing about dining aboard the Queen Mary is roaming the decks of the ship following your meal, burning calories and taking in the romantic atmosphere the ship proudly boasts. Sir Winston's on board the RMS Queen Mary is five-star dining to be sure. My wife and I splurged with dinner for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. I can highly recommend the Petaluma Duck with Asparagus, White Beans and Sweet Potato puree. My wife had the Surf and Turf special, including a nine ounce Filet and Lobster tail. Each dish was... We had dinner for a large parry as a send off for a 9101 colleague. Though a bit pricey the food was quite good as was the service. The atmosphere was excellent hardening back to the glory days of transatlantic cruises. It made me wish they would build and sail old style liners like that today.

We stayed on the Queen Mary for one night and booked Sir Winston's for dinner with my cousin and her husband. The food was great, the sorbet between first and second courses and the chocolate covered strawberries at the end were a nice touch.

Not really worth it, Food was good but not great and pricy. I would recommend if staying aboard you skip this instead go out and bring back a really good dinner and a bottle of wine., set yourself up a table with a city view on the deck with linens and a candle and really enjoy yourself.

Wonderful restaurant in European style, white table linen, polished glasses, attentive staff. A lovely change from much of what we met on our visit to the states! Portion sizes were small and food served with an eye to the aesthetics! Wonderful!
