George's Greek Cafe welcomes you to "a little piece of Greece in Southern California." Our family-owned business is here to provide you with high quality food, craft cocktails, and an authentic Greek dining experience. Our restaurant has remained a favorite among the locals for one reason: we never compromise on our promise to provide fresh and delicious meals in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We continue to follow Mama Rodou's recipes, which were passed down to her from her grandmother. We use only the finest imported ingredients, such as first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from Greece and premium, hormone-free, grass-fed lamb from New Zealand. We want to extend an open invitation to you to dine at one of our restaurants. Whether you're looking to impress a date with an intimate wine tasting, reconnecting with family over Saganaki Flaming Cheese and lamb chops, or planning the perfect wedding reception for 500 of your closest friends, we are here for you. Come in, and feel like part of the family. OPA!

Great Greek food

This is a good restaurant with good Greek food, and a fun time atmosphere. The servers and owners are very amicable. Sometimes there is very nice authentic Greek music., that doesn't blast you out or your chair.

We were a group of 7. Three moms and 4 high school daughters. We chose the restaurant based on their menu and reviews. The food was really good. Portions were generous. After ordering our server turned us over to a different server saying "she was being sent home." A couple of the girls in our group didn't realize they were... More

I went with a friend who was on a layover from Hawaii. We hadn't eaten Greek food in a long time and this place did not disappoint. The meat was tender, the appetizers were delicious and the dessert left me wanting more. Unfortunately I did not have room for more. The services was quick and friendly. Our waitress gave us... This place rocks! We arrived when a conference crowd got there just before us. Figured we would wait awhile. Less than 10 minutes. We had a baby with us. The high chair was waiting, server helped get baby all settled. Lunch was delicious! Prices also excellent. Planning a happy hour trip there next. Although dinner with their lamb chops might... This is a great place for dinner or lunch. Their salads, veggies, meats are all great. I especially like the lamb chops and lamb skewers.

Georges has a great location on 2nd. It used to be Malavasia which I loved and maybe why I have a somewhat biased view. But I do know good Greek food as I was married there and spent a month. Food is average. Reminds me of a chain restaurant. Have eaten there twice and the Mousakka which is my favorite... More

I enjoyed the food at this restaurant. The service was okay. I was with a group of about 10 people, and it took a long time to get our checks.

I've been to this restaurant (Pine, Lakewood and Belmont locations) and the food quality is consistent across the board - flavorful and fresh! There is quite a bit of variety from apps to entrees. If you're in the mood for Greek / Mediterranean food, this place will not disappoint. Pine and Belmont locations can be hard pressed for parking. Lakewood... More

I have been going to this restaurant since they opened in a small space down the street on Pine. Jimmy the owner , Nicky his sister & George the father who personally greets all customers are wonderful. The food is fresh & delicious. Make sure you try the lamb chops
