You like Greek food? This is it!

What a nice, fun place! Didn't get a belly dance, but we got a belly full of some of the best Greek food we've ever had. We were treated like VIPs from the moment we walked in. We'll be bock! (As Arnold would say!)

I decided to try George's Greek Cafe on a recent overnighter to Long Beach. It was well reviewed so I thought I'd give it a go. I couldn't decide on wine until I noticed that all bottles are 50% off on Monday nights. The decision was down to two and the bar manager recomended the Amethystos Roughe, (the less expensive... Love George's Greek Cafe! Truly one of the best eateries in Long Beach. Friendly on the pocketbook as well. Every dish is delish and the staff is always attentive to make sure your dining experience is one to be remembered.

I don't like olives, yet I couldn't get enough of their flaming cheese topped with olives. Their food is beyond description! Every dish we ordered for the four of us was spectacular. You can't go wrong here! I don't give fives out easily, but they earned it. The only damper were the flies that descended upon us when the food... More

Best Greek salad I've ever had! George's is a family restaurant serving excellent, authentic, Greek food. A Greek guitarist/vocalist serenades patrons peacefully as they gather together and share a meal. Families welcome! Fabulous food and drinks!

Good Greek food, friendly service and reasonable prices. It was nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather as we ate. I would probably skip the feta and garlic fries the next time as they were just fries with some crumbled feta and minced garlic atop them so it didn't really stick unless you smushed the... More
