We ordered a few dishes to share between us (2 adults and 2 children). The food was good but nothing to write home about. the service was acceptable and the prices were a tad expensive compared to other places we had eaten in this area.

We had reservations for Georges for the late seating on New Years Eve. As Busy as it was we were seated very quickly and we had a great waiter who took care of us the rest of the night. I would highly recommend Georges, food if you enjoy Greek food it was amazing.

Very friendly and welcoming restaurant. Big indoor and out- door seating. Casual dining. Lots of choices on the menu and prices were very reasonable. Suitable for small and big group. Food was delicious and service was good. We ordered a variety of dishes for our individual taste and preferences. Highly recommended.

George's is one of my absolute favorite places on Second Street in Belmont Shore! Love sitting at the bar where the bartenders & customers are all super friendly! The food is great - love the chicken souvlaki & have to order the saganaki every time I go: Battered and Fried Greek Kasseri Cheese, Flamed at the Table with Brandy. Finished... More

They claim to be know for their lamb and they did not disappoint. We had a large group on a Sunday night and we sat immediately. Our group had everything from salads, gyros, lamb chops and spinach pie (Spanakopita). Easy to understand why this place is one of the top ranked restaurants in Long Beach.

True Greek venue, wonderfully decorated and if you are fortunate, George will be there to greet you. Delightful staff, food was fabulous - dine outdoors in the garden. A must discover on your next visit to Long Beach.

Sat at the bar for happy hour on New Year's Eve. Great apple green martini ($5), spicy feta hummus ($5), calamari ($9 - not included in happy hour special). Both food items were tasty. Lentil soup wasn't impressive. Service was fast and friendly. Great atmosphere. Free wifi. Will return for lunch or dinner!

We were met by a small elderly man at the door that was eager to welcome us to the establishment. To our surprise this was George and he was spectacular. The service was great and the food fabulous. Our server was very nice and helpful. Overall great experience eating at this sidewalk cafe.
