Chelsea's Chowder House is the BEST! Nice views from the window seats, good ambience and the food is exceptional. I can recommend the Shrimp Scampi highly (not like most, but definitely awesome - just don't expect the traditional soaking in butter version. This one is creamy and wonderful). The Braised Short Ribs are amazing as well. Try a Moscow Mule... More

One must always visit this place and try their freshly prepared sea food over looking a great view with a relaxed glass of wine what more could you ask for. Please do try their oysters they are so fresh and worth the money you pay.

My son and I enjoyed having afternoon and after dinner drinks in the Observation Bar/Lounge. The view of the harbor was beautiful in daytime and stunning at night. Drinks were good. The detailed Art Deco décor was amazing. I loved the lighting fixtures. We enjoyed sitting outside in the afternoon and inside in the evening. Service was friendly and prompt.... More

Excited for long-awaited dinner reservations at Chelsea Chowder house on Mother's day. Arrived to find out there was an unannounced 'prix fixe' menu, that didn't have the items we were looking forward to! Luckily got a seat at the promenade cafe. Our lovely waitress went out of her way to make sure we had a amazing evening. The chef was... More

Sandy - Thanks for the feedback and we are so glad you had such a great visit to Promenade Cafe for Mother's Day. All of our restaurants go to the prix fixe menu for holidays - to make it easier to deliver a quality experience for the huge crowd of people that visit the ship on those dates. I am... More

Everything we tried was delicious. No one complained and the portions served were plentiful. Some of the items offered were expensive, but the best bargain is the weekday morning breakfast buffet for $14 per person this included juices and coffee or tea and was all you can eat with a good selection of food to choose from. Definitely eat on... More

What an elegant experience, High tea on the Queen Mary while visiting the Diana, The Legacy of a Princess exhibit. The Winsor Tea is a selection of different finger sandwiches, sweets and scones. And of coarse tea! Delicious!! Highly recommend it.

We made a reservation for tea while staying on board. The tea room is pretty with a great view of the water. Only 5 teas to choose from, but the food was good. Definitely get the full tea with two people. The curry chicken was my favorite and my boyfriend liked the shrimp.

The restaurant was not the main attraction aboard the QM however we ate there once and the food and service was excellent. We also ate at the cafe which was also great for a quick snack. The food is good, the prices kind of high but not outrageous. You really came here for the experience and the atmosphere, right? It's a must-see experience and the atmosphere (particularly the art-deco Observation Bar) is FABulous. Try to sit on the harbor side for the incredible view of the harbor and city.
