My husband and I dined at Gaucho Grill on March 8, 2014 and had a wonderful dining experience. We shared a beef and a chicken empanada and the parrillada, a sizzling platter of Argentinian meats and chicken. The empana empanadas were tasty and flavorful. The platter offered a wide assortment of meats, my favorite being the chorizo. The sweetbreads that... More

Very warm and friendly staff. Food was wonderful and the setting was very cozy with live guitar music playing on the background.

Tried the argentine favorite appetizer and the short ribs. The chicken empanadas were nice and spicy and the sautéed mushrooms were very good. The short ribs were a little bit too dry. The staff and service was great!!

Service was relaxed and our table was half inside half outside which made a nice combination of hearing the music inside and looking at the buzz of people outside. All the Staff were very friendly and polite. Had a little trouble reading the menu as it was a little dark so don't forget To bring your glasses!

Went here on a Friday night around 7. I would have asked to sit out on their heated patio but as it was drizzling and cold we went with the indoor option, which was also well appointed and appropriate for a romantic date. The restaurant was barely half full when we arrived but by the time we finished there were... More

Gaucho Grill is an Argentinian restaurant in the heart of downtown Long Beach's Pine Street. The men is not extensive but the steaks are well prepared and the meat of high quality. the atmosphere is fine and the service very good. I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates a god steak.

I really enjoyed Gaucho Grill in Long Beach. Years past I would go to the one in Brentwood, CA which is also great and on a very trendy street. The one in Downtown Long Beach is decorated with modern yet warm colors with a very Guacho Argentine theme while also being quite stylish. My favorite part about the Guacho menu... More

Good friends of ours invited us to join them on a Friday evening for a Living Social or Groupon deal they had for four. It included a 3 course meal with 2 bottles of wine.....the service I have to say was great. The ladies got there first as we parked the car, and had a "relationship" already set with the... More

The angus 10 oz. grilled rib eye steak was absolutely delicious. It was cooked to my requested medium well and seasoned perfectly. I cannot believe I ate the whole 10 ounces. I usually have leftovers when I dine out. I also tried the St. Germaine sangria which is listed on the menu as Sauvignon Blanc with fresh peaches, strawberries, and... More
