This place has gone downhill really badly since the last time I was here. Neither the wings nor the pizza were as good as before and it seems that there has been a determental change in the management. The dipping sauce for my wings was also forgotten. The service was also not as good in past years. The absence of... More

Standard, quick pizza joint from which you neither expect spectacular dining experience, nor you get one. The pizza satisfied our hunger and it was decent despite the thicker crust, I was quite pleased with the topping options also. I think our experience could be bit better if the stuff did not seem so uninterested while taking our order and serving... More

Our group ordered 3 different pizzas and a pasta dish. The pasta dish was much better than the pizza. Service was good, pizza is a thick crust without a lot of flavor. Skipping the pizza on my next visit but will order the pasta dishes.

Ok pizzas, but nothing more. The staff were a bit surly, and everything seemed a bit rushed. Unfortunately, there is little choice in the area!

An oscar should be awarded to the surly stoned waiter; ability to do the bare minimal whilst maintaining extreme displeasure at their existence was very, if not sadistically, entertaining. Pizza was edible - we drained all the oil with napkins but clearly didn't do land fill any favours. Restaurant carpet furnished with filth and crap, tables littered with germs of... More

Poor attitude from staff, food got to our table after a 25 minute wait. No salads for vegetarians that were prepared with a non-meat knife.

Worst service (slow and rude) server left pizza on the counter to get cold instead of any attempt to keep it warm even though this was done for another customer. The pizza itself was undercooked and tasted awful. I'm not sure what sauce was in it but it tasted like bad breath. Worst pizza ever. Avoid at all costs!

I've read some reviews that the pizza from this place is greasy. Maybe it's hit and miss. I ordered four pizzas, and though there was grease, it wasn't excessive and I don't think that Pizza Factory is trying to be a healthy gourmet experience. There was a good amount of pepperoni, and the crust was firm enough/not too limp. Staff... More
