Poor attitude from staff, food got to our table after a 25 minute wait. No salads for vegetarians that were prepared with a non-meat knife.

Worst service (slow and rude) server left pizza on the counter to get cold instead of any attempt to keep it warm even though this was done for another customer. The pizza itself was undercooked and tasted awful. I'm not sure what sauce was in it but it tasted like bad breath. Worst pizza ever. Avoid at all costs!

I've read some reviews that the pizza from this place is greasy. Maybe it's hit and miss. I ordered four pizzas, and though there was grease, it wasn't excessive and I don't think that Pizza Factory is trying to be a healthy gourmet experience. There was a good amount of pepperoni, and the crust was firm enough/not too limp. Staff... More

We had the Officer Pino Special - ham, bacon, pepperone, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc. We did not like the pizza and will not be going back. First, the pizza took a long time. Second, they really piled on the ham which made it too salty. Third, and the most important point, they really really piled on the mushrooms. The mushrooms... More

My visit last Sunday was very disappointing. Previously it wasn't great, but not terrible either. This time the crust was saturated and so limp I couldn't hold a slice. Service was poor and the staff seemed like the considered having customers was an imposition. Guess they know they're the only pizza place within an hour's drive.

Overpriced not very good pizza people were nice and service was good I don't understand how you can put so many toppings on a pizza and not get any flavor out of it.

I'll post a picture of their pizza and let you decide if this is the type of pizza you like or not. If you prefer your pizza dripping in grease to where the crust is soggy then this place is for you. As for me I don't like it and they get a 1 star or circle. I've also never... More

For Lone Pine, the place for pizza. The restaurant was busy and everyone, including the workers, were enjoying the evening. We loved watching the crew throw the pizza dough.
