Don't let Cajun in the name scare you away!

We asked a local bike shop for a recommendation& were SO glad we did! Always a good sign when there's a wait list to be seated! Decor is not their strong suit - but food was & don't let the Cajun in the title throw you, there were plenty of non-spicy options. Reasonably priced too!

This place is always a favorite when we go to Lompoc. Good food, service and welcoming. Large portion sizes, so be hungry.

Awesome food!!!! Awesome staff!!!! Just plain awesome all the way around. It is too bad they don't do dinner....they could make a killing! I'd love to see them broaden the hours. But for now, they are perfect, from the front door to the kitchen!

Our breakfast were fine. Better than anywhere else in Lompoc, NO. Just too noisy for us. We didn't love he food enough to go back and endure the noise.

I was happy to find this place for breakfast, they have a large selection of items and I never have to worry about my coffee cup getting empty. Same situation at lunch, I've tried a few different items on the menu and was very happy with all of them and once again they keep my bev filled.

Kids loved the beignets. Not sure it's such a great idea to start the day with hyper-sugared children, but maybe we'll go to NOLA one day and they'll fit right in.

We have breakfast at Cajun 2 to 3 times a week. Nothing fancy, but it's satisfying. Servers are always friendly and attentive. Oatmeal with the works, grits, Donny's scramble, french toast combo are some of my favorites. Highly recommend for a good, relaxing breakfast.

Nothing in this small place is of new Orleans or from Louisiana, the wait service is rude and slow, they don't remember much and often get it wrong, maybe its the lompoc schools, food is better at the Santa Barbara location, at this one most of the cooking is done by some mexican guy who cooks like he's outdoors, he... Early AM breakfast of Scrambles Eggs & Sausage with Hash Browns, and the Eggs were half cooked. I should have returned it, but because I was with friends I just tried to eat the cooked parts. It didn't take long and I was sick for a week. Had Salmonella before, always from restaurant food, so I know the drill. This... More

The File Gumbo at the Cajun Kitchen is the best I've ever had! It's loaded with chicken and sausage and has just the right amount of rice to make for one very satisfying meal. Get the cornbread that is always served piping hot and you'll be in Cajun heaven. They also serve a great breakfast. My only complaint, they're not... More
