This family owned restaurant is nicely decorated and located in the center of town. It has popular Italian dishes ranging from spaghetti to lasagna to various daily specials. Yes pizza too. I was expecting garlic bread when I sat down and got sourdough. The spaghetti I ordered was good with a rich red sauce. My wife liked her lasagna. Unfortunately... More

This was the worst "Americanized Italian restaurant I have ever been to. The lasagna had sauce right out of the can and was completely tasteless. And the chicken parm my brother in law and husband has was atrocious. Spaghetti iglio my sister in law has was dry and flavorless. The service was horrible and we were waited on by the... More

I live in this town, but haven't been here in quite a while. Atmosphere is schlock. Reservations for 7:00 on a Friday night. Seated immediately. We started with dinner salads & cold, out of package, soft dinner rolls. Dressing tasted like from a bottle. Rolls were good. Then came the appetizer...muscles. These were very excellent! Wonderful wine/garlic sauce with fresh... More

We had eaten here and love it before on another road trip. I had to write this review due to the WONDERFUL KIND SENSITIVE FAMILY that works together there. I had Eggplant Parm and my husband had spaghetti like he had the last time. Both were excellent as was the service. I had a difficult day and so was a... More

First review not first visit. The food here is always good and the service is very family friently as well. Our family eats here often so we did get some special attention. My Chicken Picata was good and the side of Fettuchini Alfredo was a meal in itself. The cannaloni was fresh and good. The owner's Mom makes a killer... More

This was definitely not the place I wanted dinner but it was the only name I remembered. Service was slow and the result was a pizza that was so so. The waitress took forever to get the order right uh we ordered a Nick's Special but change the Pepperoni to Meatballs. Really should that take 5 tries? I was saddened... More

I suppose the reason La Botte is usually crowded on the weekends is because of the lack of decent dining options in Lompoc. I would rate their Italian Food good but not great. Owner's seem to be very friendly to obviously "their regulars" and seem to ignore everyone else.

Not much selection for Italian in Lompoc, yet the food at La Botte rates well against similarly priced Italian restaurants in other areas, even New York City. All pasta dishes are fine but the ravioli selections are my favorites, along with the veal. The atmosphere and the service can both be excellent, but YOU NEVER KNOW. On a couple of... More

Had a group lunch for a friends birthday. Service was good and staff friendly. We were there at lunch time and the birthday person really wanted a dinner meal. No problem: They let us all order either from the lunch menu or items from the dinner birthday. All the meals were very good. The slice of cake with ice cream... More
