We enjoy the food at Alfie's Fish & Chips almost as much as the kind and friendly people behind the counter. Thanks for being a great place in Lompoc, CA We can always count on your service and great fish and chip!

I have been eating Alfie's Fish & Chips my whole life, in other words a long time. Aside from traveling to England, Alfie's Fish & Chips is the best in our country... believe I've tried finding a comparable alternative. Whenever I visit Lompoc, about once a year, I make sure to get me a family bucket or two and we... More

This was a return visit. Ordered a 3 piece fish plate and a 2 piece fish combo and went to a table. The food arrived and was ok, not great, just ok. Fish was smaller than last month's trip here, and it was mostly breading. Fries were nice large fries, but really skimpy. I think I had 12 fries on... More

I am sorry this customer had a bad experience, but I would like to clear up a few points. The condiments on the tables are Malt Vinegar, HP sauce, Tapatio, and Tabasco. None of these condiments needs refrigeration - none of them say anywhere on the bottle "refrigerate after opening". Since we opened in 1969, we weigh every order with... More

It is fried food but it is yummy. The clam strips and fried shrimp are very good. It is located near the Embassy Suites.

Oh what can you say about a fast food fish and chips franchise. I guess it filled my stomach but I will not be going back.

I am very sorry you were not happy. I wanted to point out that we are not a chain, but a family owned restaurant in operation since 1969. Although we do offer take out, we are by no means "fast food." I hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you. More

I was a bit Leary about having lunch here. Looked empty for lunch, which is not a good sign.... Turns out we were just a bit early. Lol. Lunch crowd came in 10 minutes after we were here. Anyways. The fish was great, very moist and very crunchy on the out side. Hush puppy's were also very good. Will definitely... More

This place is really nice, friendly staff, and best of all the fish is great! My wife prefers chicken, but the chicken here is awful. She now orders the fish.

This is a fantastic little place. It's a great Lompoc treasure and we love eating there. We don't go often but it's always a treat. Note that you can substitute extra fish for the chips when you get a fish and chips meal.

British-style fish 'n chips. Variety of British candies and condiments. Generous portions. Would be "Excellent" if the fried potatoes (chips) were not so dry, but I'm picky about fried potatoes.

Drove up to Lompoc to try this place and weren't disappointed. Delicious fish & chips. Fish was fresh and delish with a really crispy, non greasy batter coating. Cooked just right. Big hush puppies, right amount of fries and fresh cole slaw in the combo. The greeting as we walked in and treatment while there was ultra nice. A very... More
