Nice place to enjoy Mexican Food

I enjoy the environment and food at this Mexican restaurant. Their combo plates, fajitas and the big Puerco Burrito is outstanding. It's nice to have the full bar available so you can get a real Margarita with tequila! I've visited a few times and have had just one problem with the cheese not being... read more

THE PLACE to dine anywhere near Lompoc! The signage makes it seem like another taco stand. The place is elegant ! Great manger, beautiful server, top shelf bar. Fine Latin cuisine, nowhere near expensive. Since they had 2 pages of shrimp on they menu, my guess is that they knew what they were dong. Order Fajitas de Camaron, wow.

I had the carne asada and a virgin strawberry margarita. It was excellent! The meat was tender and cooked perfectly. Guacamole and salsa were great. I got a seat right away but never got a bill so I had to go up and remind the waitress. Otherwise a wonderful meal.

We visited on a sunday night. Staff seemed a bit on the slow side & as if they were too busy talking behind the register to pay attention to squat was almost a full packed restaurant. Good was average. Nothing special or outstanding.

We love the salsa and salad bar, we love the way the restaurant is set up, we love Taco Tuesday, and finally we love the service here. Very friendly, and prompt. Breakfast was very good too. Highly recommend.

I was thinking the meal wasn't going to be too good from the salsa which was ok but not great I had Pork with rice and verde sauce pork was tender tasty it was conveniently located across the street from the embassy suite hotel which was why we chose it. We also had a burrito. Serving sizes are huge so... More

We haven't been here in quite some time. Truthfully, it went downhill for a long while. Not sure why. But we got tired of the other Mexican joints in town so we decided to give them another try. Like the Python witch victim (John Cleese), they got better. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were... More

Stopped in on our way to LA and were thrilled. Had the burrito and my wife had the quesadilla and we were both very happy. Not skimpy with the meat at all. Salsa had a little bite which was nice. With two sodas and tip we got out under $30. I would come back in a minute.

In the little city of Lompoc, just 45 minutes north of Santa Barbara, CA is the very affordable El Toro Bronco Restaurant. When you step inside you wonder if it’s a bar or a restaurant, but it has some of the best Mexican food I have tasted since spending Mexican Independence Day in Playa Del Carmen. An absolute “must try”... More
