The hours are limited, but it is a family run business. So one of the family is around at all times. You should respect that. Monday through Saturday, they are open for lunch. On Saturday, they have hamburgers. Closed on Sundays (family time). Dinner are more limited. Mostly local so the crowd depends on local activities.

We had a very nice lunch at Sissy's. The warm mushroom salad was excellent, and my friends also enjoyed their meals. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it, and also not really expensive.

Great atmosphere! Lovely waitresses and waiters and gorgeous food at very generous sizes! Free refills of our drinks and the most amazing salads and burgers. Love it!

Lompoc is sorely lacking in any restaurants at all, much less good ones, and I think Sissy's Uptown Cafe is one of the better ones. However when I went on a Friday evening, there were only four other diners the entire time I was there, which set a weird tone from the start. Part of the problem is that the... More

Yes, the coconut cream pie is all that. Other food good, too, but definitely go for the pies. You won't regret it!

Great place and great food. Good atmosphere. Staff attentive but not overly so. Would highly recommend.

Casual, good food. Great sandwiches, could easily be shared. And that would leave more room for the coconut pie, which you want all to yourself! Pleasant place.

We found Sissy's on Trip Advisor and made a point of going there for lunch. The service was perfect. Our sandwiches were tasty and the pie was exceptional. This is a real find.

What a refreshing change for the area Great service and great food The place is clean and looks like a French cafe. Their soups are fresh and the portions a a decent size for the price

I completely fail to comprehend the good reviews for this place. First it is extremely overpriced for what you get but the worst is that the food is terrible. The only good thing was the bread selection from D'Angelos Bakery in Santa Barbara which I have always liked. I ordered the cheese burger with applewood smoked bacon with the lentil... More

Your review is truly upsetting. Our family strives to serve the best food possible. The same chefs (owners) who always do the dinner cooking were there when you visited the restaurant on Thursday night. We serve a 6 oz hamburger and each patty is weighed for consistency. We make our own aioli. Sorry you got yellow mustard as we have... More
