Good but ....

Knowledgeable effecient wait staff. Good grilled turkey sandwiches. However, a good piece of pie shouldn't cost $7.00! That's about 50$ a pie.

Try my favorite: Grilled sourdough with turkey, bacon and cotswald cheese. To die! I've had some very good dinners at Sissy's as well, and it really stands alone as a fine dining option in Lompoc. Amazing family, best wine list in Lompoc. If you're doing business in Lompoc with someone who cares about food, it's your best spot for sure!... More

I have gone there a number of times. Usually the food is outstanding. We both ordered the quiche which was outstanding as usually but the side salad was bland and room temperature. Not bad but not the usual quality from Sissys. I have always thought it a little over priced for the area but the food is so good that... More

My husband and I wanted to go here for lunch. However, we walked in, there was no one to greet us which turned out to be a good thing. While standing there waiting to be recognized, we were very disturbed by the noise. It was so loud in there that we realized we would not be able to enjoy a... More

Very extensive list of local wines and service is excellent. The menu is somewhat limited but what they have is very good. Sissy's deserts are excellent, in fact I always make sure that I can fit desert in with my meal.

Lunch here is always pretty good. The food is well made, if a little on the delicate side. My main objection is the noise level - it's hard to sustain a conversation. The food is a little 'delicate' for my tastes, I prefer a somewhat more robust flavor profile. The prices are on the high end for Lompoc, but it's... More

I am with the few others who cannot comprehend why this establishment gets high praise. I have thought about it since coming here infrequently since 2006: Lompoc is a one horse town. And with the size and caliber (or lack of) in a small one horse town, you can easily pull the wool over folks eyes becuase the balance of... More

It is too bad you are disappointed again and find it necessary to write three derogatory reviews about our prices, the quality of our food, and our portions. You state you insist someone else pays the bill but then you comment you will get upset when you see your credit card statement. We have owned and operated Sissy's for the... More

We stopped in Lompoc on the road from Santa Barbara to San Luis Obispo and Sissy's was a gem with generous portions, crunchy fresh salads, free drinks refills and friendly staff!

I love Sissy's Cafe. Despite their strange hours, every visit is extremely worth it. The grilled vegetarian sandwich has always been one of my favorites and you can choose a soup or side salad with it. It's always delicious and the portions are perfect, meaning I always have room to have the best dessert in Lompoc. Their pies are amazing!... More

The hours are limited, but it is a family run business. So one of the family is around at all times. You should respect that. Monday through Saturday, they are open for lunch. On Saturday, they have hamburgers. Closed on Sundays (family time). Dinner are more limited. Mostly local so the crowd depends on local activities.
