Best burgers in town

The menu has a burger listed alphabetically, hence 26 different burgers. There are also a variety of sandwiches and of course along with soft drinks a variety of bottled beer!

Many people told me this was the best burger place in town. I have to disagree. Sure they have some unique burger toppings (peanut butter, ect) but the burger itself is not that great - like a frozen pattie or something. Eddie's is better or take a drive to Village Burger.

"What can I get you, Sweetie?" makes for a great start to top-notch customer service at Tom's... equally matched by the fun menu of "educated burger" choices that each hold their own in the "yum" department. Ordering onion rings is a must... Some of the best I've tasted. A down-home vibe is felt in this cozy, family owned and operated... More

Wow! Many different hamburgers to choose from and hard to decide. I tried the mushroom/cheese burger, and he had the peanut butter!?# Both of us left happy and full. Truly a Lompoc tradition

Just picking a burger to order is half the experience at Tom's. The boys got tickled over all the burger names, and our waitress was very appeasing to the suggestions of our eager future sarcastic editor/chef (you'll understand when you go!) the fry orders are huge, and they are yummy, not-too-crisp skinny fries - so good! My veggie burger was... More

Friendly, helpful staff! Cool way to add variety to burgers....A to Z. The beef was really delicious...better than any fast food joint. And the service was fast! I ate the mushroom burger with grilled onions. Husband ate the taco burger. Gonna try a different one on our next visit!

If you want something new and editing, Toms it's the place to go. It's hidden in a shopping center but its well worth the visit. I heard a lot about the place and enjoyed the fun idea of choosing a burger from the alphabetic menu. The "I" burger was very good and the half order of fries was plenty for myself. The service was good. I went during the busy time and it was hard to find a parking spot in the very busy small... More
