Great place for authentic and creative Mexican food. We stopped for lunch and had the table side guac!!! Awesome! I had a carne asada burrito which was delicious and wife had a stuffed peeper. BEautiful and fun setting. We met Reuben and he is a genuinely nice person who cares about his customers. This is a must in Lodi! More

They've move to a much larger spot on Oak St., in the heart of the downtown area. The same unique menu of Mexican dishes, some standard fare, but also many unusual items, all very nicely presented. A family run restaurant. Rubin is an innovative chef who prepares excellent entrees that are different from the usual beans, rice, and enchiladas meals. You can get the usual foods as well, but you do have the option of trying other entrees that have a Mexican bent. More

Restaurant has moved to downtown Lodi. Good thing. Was almost impossible to get a table on a walk- in basis at old location. Incredible food. Not the congealed crap that is served at other restaurants. Fresh ingredients. Service is outstanding or was when we were there. Go! More
