Good Service, Food Okay, a Bit Pricey

To be clear, we were in a wedding party of around 50 people so it really stretched the wait staff, which certainly can lower quality of food, etc. Their flow of customers was constant, further pushing the staff. As for prices, let's just say I felt they could be better. Would I dine there again... read more

This a mega-Mexican restaurant here in Livermore, and owned by the family. It is a bit noisy due to the many hard surfaces like tile floors etc. But past that is a grand presentation and excellent bar. Has good variety and good presentation. Service was good. The prices just seemed a bit high for Mexican food, but probably the cost... More

Bar and patio area seem to be the place to eat and drink at Casa Orozco. The service is good and the food for the most part is just average for the price. The price of margaritas even at happy hour is outrageously high. The dining area is usually noisy with piped in music and often has large loud groups... More

I work in Livermore, and my colleagues and I need a place that can accomodate us quickly. Casa Orozco is great about splitting checks, even for a large table, which helps when it's a work crowd. The food is excellent, and we are always amazed by how quickly it arrives. If you sign up on line, you get rewards each... More

Recently six of us friends lunched at the Livermore Casa Orozco to celebrate a birthday. We had a reservation, but at lunch in mid-week, it's not necessary since it's a large, attractive restaurant. Our family first went many years ago to the original Casa Orozco in Dublin--when it was small with a walk-up counter and had the menu posted on... More

We chose this place to hold our rehearsal dinner, and we were thoroughly surprised! We had been here a few times prior and had on again, off again good service. But the night of our rehearsal dinner the service and food was spot on! We got there 30 minutes before closing and not once were we rushed, or had the... More

Went on hotel clerk recommendation. Very disappointing!!! Very crowded. Acoustics are atrocious. Couldn't hold a conversation. Servers seemed distracted and did not return to the table during meal. Food VERY mediocre and not served hot enough. This restaurant is severely overpriced for what you get. I would not recommend this one or ever go back.

We have been coming to Casa Orozco for years, visiting both the Livermore and Dublin locations. On our most recent visit to the Livermore location, we experience an overall poor experience. We visited on a Sunday in the late afternoon. We were seated almost immediately, but waited and waited for service. The restaurant was NOT busy and there was plenty... More

We always come to Casa Orozco whenever we are in town. We've been coming here since we lived in Livermore back in the 90's. Food was good not great but we lost our server in the middle of our meal. We needed up asking waitress for the rest of our meal and the bill. We were sitting at the bar... More

Visited for dinner....35 min wait, 45 min wait for food. Chile rellano had more coating over shadowing the chile, chicken over rice was marginal in flavor. Both were Luke warm.. The dishes were $ 16 to 19. Rather poor value for the price, food quality equivalent to an average spanish restaurant. Judging by the crowd, someone likes the place. But... More
