Usually for me to get a dog I really like, I have to go to Pleasanton or Oakland where Kaspars & Caspers are. Two authentic 1920's style hot dog diners. But now Spanky's gives me what I need locally. It is not quite as well crafted as the other two, but is good quality, good price and clean. The server... More

This is a cute, small place with many unique hot dogs. I had the Rueben and enjoyed it. They are a good size, lots of condiments and tasty. Prices are good. Good for a quick lunch. If you like hot dogs go try them out.

We stopped in on the way back from Yosimite to San Fran and found some great hot dogs. Enjoyed out dogs and bathroom art. Great town as well.

They have high quality regular hot dogs, bratwurst, smoked bratwurst, and Italian sausage. They have steamed buns, a full condiment bar, chips, water, soda, and beer.

Nice variety of hot dogs and various sausages. Small place, but service even with our large group of twelve was excellent. Could use a few more sides to go with dogs. Would return, but like to see more on menu.

Too many choices! Picnic dog topped potato salad, bacon and BBQ sauce is awesome. You can also get a cold PBR with that dog for $2 bucks. Can't go wrong here.

This little place is located on a side street off the main drag, so don't miss it. It's worth stopping in for a good hotdog made in many combinations...some unusual! I typically like the old fashioned but try the chili or the Mac n cheese along with a dog. Well worth the stop.

Great place to grab a quick lunch in downtown Livermore. They have a wide variety of dogs and sausages at a reasonable price. Just a solid place in a good location with better than average dogs. Only thing better might be a Ball Park Frank watching the Giants!

They have a wide selection of tasty dogs (including veggie dogs) for only like a $1 more then the cheap garbage ones that will make you sick! Super reasonably priced for the quality, skip the sketchy mystery dogs and go to the spankys!

They have an unusual choice of hot dogs. I had a "Reuben" which could have been better with a rye bun instead of the generic type bun.
