The best in Marin

We go at least once every 6-7 weeks. The food is exceptional from gnocchi, tuna and the milk shakes for deserts. Look for their new specials or their risotto made every 30 minutes

Consistently the best there is. Gnocchi nails it as well. Quite "comfortable" decor but up there as best Marin restaurant.

We usually sit at the bar in the restaurant or outside having pizza, it's always good. We live two blocks away, so we've been there often since they opened, and we've never had a bad meal.

My hubby and I frequent Picco. It is our favorite local restaurant. Nothing is better than their tuna tartare, gnocchi, and housemade every 30 minutes rissotto.

Excellent thin crust wood fired pizza and very nice main restaurant. Prices are above average but the food is as well.

The food and service are incredible. Full bar with a great wine list. Risotto to die for. We go to Picco every time we able to get out. Awesome.

What a find. A quality meal without parking hassles and bridge tolls. Fresh risotto every half hour. Impeccable, helpful service. Well crafted, imaginative cocktails. Shared plate concept works particularly well here. We shared four dishes (baby lettuce salad with shaved apples and Spanish almonds, pumpkin risotto, avocado bruschetta and pork and beef meatballs) plus a dessert (key lime pie). Every... More

I went here as a special meal out on my visit to the area. I had the most delicious kampachi crudo, the best I had ever tasted. The green beans and almonds were very moreish (though I would have preferred Californian almonds to marcona, the were so nice that I can forget that detail!). I did find the menu a... More

Picco is by far THE best restaurant in Marin! Jared Rogers is a great chef and all aspects of the restaurant are stellar: the food, service, vibe etc. We love to go and have several small plates and a pasta. The ahi tuna tartare, smoked trout, sliders (oh those sliders) the bruschetta and the fresh every half hour risotto are... More

We visited Picco's tonight. We had the gnocchi, the salmon, the shrimps, broccoli, green beans and French fries. The gnocchi was the hit. It was excellent tasting. The salmon was the fish special. It was grilled with mustard seeds, beans, little spicy peppers. We loved it. The shrimp with pasta was just okay. Overall, Picco's is a great choice. It... More
