Food was really good. Many choices from prime rib to Asian food. Good chicken and waffles. Nice view of the golf course. Service left a little to be desired. Ours was not organized and disappeared quite often. Still worth the trip.

Ate here two days in a row because the food was so good. Large burgers and great salads. you will not go hungry. definitely go for the deserts especially the desert special. This month it was a blueberry cream filled crepe for $2.99. Out of this world.

The Sage is a up-scale cafe. The soups are good, the fish and chips is good. The flat bread with butter, honey and powdered sugar is a nice start!

The food was excellent-no matter what time we went. The service was top notch and the prices VERY VERY REASONABLE. PORTIONS ARE HUGE....PLAN TO SHARE MEALS!!!

My wife and I come to San Diego several times a year as well as for a lengthy visit during the winter. Barona Casino is a must stop. Each time we are there we go to the Sage Cafe. We are always greeted warmly and served the same. The food and service are excellent. We always look forward to dining... More

As much as we like Barona Casino, the Sage Cafe was very disappointing. Our waitress was slow, surly and acted like she wanted to be any where but there. There didn't seem to be enough wait staff, yet there were four women standing around the hostess booth gabbing. The food was acceptable, but by the time we got got it,... More

We sat in the enclosed patio, overlooking the lake and mountains were we enjoyed our delicious breakfast. We all tried each other's food from delicious crunchy French Toast to eggs, omletes, and outstanding hash browns. I can't wait to go back!

Each visit to Barona includes breakfast at the Sage. Menu has a variety of choices. The staff are very welcoming but unfortunately each visit validates that they need more staff serving the customers . I had to ask for my toasts twice , half of us were severed and it was another 5 minutes before the rest of us was... More
