Wait staff is rude, slow, and inconsiderate of needs. Will not return even if I do return to hotel. Food once served was not bad.

Beautiful location and the food is good and plentiful. Breakfast was the standout - pear griddle cakes.

My wife and I were staying in Arrowhead and really wanted to try a nice restaurant. When we first walked in we were really impressed by the design of the restaurant and the view. As far as the aesthetics go, we would give Bin 189 a 5/5. Once we sat down though, things got a bit interesting. I ordered the... More

Don't let the "tourist trap" prices fool you - the portions here are large enough to split and still leave here satisfied. More than likely - you'll fill-up on the delicious, La Brea Bakery Sourdough rolls alone! We shared a tasty mango and papaya salad, and their Broiled Swordfish, on Risotto Compote. Wow, is all we can say! The seafood... More

We ate breakfast and lunch here twice. The wait staff was friendly. The food was okay, it was the wait. The average wait time for breakfast and lunch was 30 minutes for the food to be delivered! The restaurant was not very busy, so I am not sure what could possibly take so long?

I went to Bin 189 after work one day to meet a friend for a cocktail. Let me say just by looking inside, it looks expensive. We want an appetizer so the bring a list. I have a gluten issue so I'm always limited. All the items were pretty close to reasonable. The only one I could have was fried... More

We wanted to check out the Lake Arrowhead Lodge and came across their restaurant. Nice menu, lots of wine to choose from and the service very attentive. They sat us at a table to get a ice view of the grounds and lake. Our waitress was very friendly and told us about the area. Had a nice time.

Given the audacious price point for BIN 189, my family and I expected something special and tasty. Please heed my words: skip this tourist trap. The below-average menu and food aren't worth it. Walk over to McDonalds, Slater Brothers supermarket, or into the Village and save yourself from "crappy" meals. 1) The pretty atmosphere doesn't make up for the bland... More

So happy I stopped by today for lunch it's obvious there's a new chef in the kitchen! How exciting, can't wait to see how things evolve, bravo!

The food was much worse than restaurants in town. We tried their buffet breakfast and it was not good. The food was tasteless. I then went down the street to McDonalds and the food was better
