Not as good as the Rock'n Fish that was there before

We were here three years ago when it was the Rock'n Fish. The happy hour specials were ok, typical of Laguna Beach. The lobster mac and cheese was good. Beer was cold, with a good selection. Try to get a table by the window so you can see the ocean.

Great food in a very casual restaurant! A must go to! This was off the beaten path for our trip. All entrees were great . Staff very friendly and open to menu suggestions.

Their chowder is very good. As are their specialty coctails. Not sure what kind of fish was in my fish and chips. Breading was light and crispy. Comes with shoe string fries.

We came here on Sunday of a holiday weekend for a late lunch, about 2:45pm, but it wasn't crowded, possibly due to its upstairs location and apparent emphasis on happy hour (as shown on signs and its menu). Husband had oysters on the shell, only 4 per order, but garnished with great arugula, red wine vinegar sauce, plus cocktail sauce... More

This restaurant is upstairs so not so obvious when walking but the advantage is that when you are in you can get a great view if you ask for it. We regularly bring visitors here as it is a great casual restaurant for all ages. The starters are superb. We love the Crab Cakes and Peruvian Cerviche. The portions are... More

We dined with a group of 8. Appetizers were wonderful especially the lobster fondue. Meals were great, Jambalaya is the best I have ever had. Restaurant has an ocean view. Get there early for happy hour prices on cocktails. See website for nightly specials.

We went to Big Fish for Valentine's Day, right at sunset. It was fantastic to be able make a reservation on their website. We were given a perfect table to view the gorgeous sunset, but that was truly all that was special about this restaurant. The service was fair. We ordered steamed clams that were disgusting. In hindsight, I should... More

Despite open tables adjacent to the windows, hostess tried to seat us near the main entrance. A little persistence and voila- now our table of four was at a window table, the beautiful view for all to see. The food was good, not great. Enjoyed the guacamole and chips - fresh & tasty. Prices fair. Service attentive and the water... More
