What an excellent breakfast with wonderful view

We stayed one night at the Surf & Sand resort, and included the package for parking and breakfast at Splashes. We each splurged and had a breakfast with crab - all of which was excellent.

We had breakfast there and the food was as good as I've ever had. i got the red velvet pancakes. Over 60 bucks for breakfast for two though. Service was top notch. Ridiculous beautiful location. Only eat there if prepared to spend WAY too much on food.

Too expensive and limited menu, especially for small children. This is the only option on the surf and sand property - look elsewhere for family vacation

I have eaten here many times and I have yet to have a bad experience here. The service is top notch, and the food is always great. The bar makes a perfect mojito. Their dinner and their brunch menus are able to accommodate almost any taste.

Can not beat the location! Great surroundings and service was GREAT! Went on an off night (meaning not Friday or Saturday) so it wasn't overly crowded and we had the most delightful table outside right on beach- picture perfect. The food was presented well and it was VERY GOOD! It's the epitome of casual elegance!

We were driving through Laguna Beach looking for somewhere to eat and found Splashes on TripAdvisor. We didn't have a reservation and there was a very long wait, but we were offered open seating at the bar and ended up sitting right next to the open windows feet from the ocean. The service was great and the food (we had... More

Girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel and i planned for a proposal during dinner at Splashes. Over the course of several weeks, exchanged phone call and email with management (Ante) who suggested and helped to arrange the proposal... after the entrees, walk down to the beach where beach chairs and a slide show was waiting. Everything went according to... More

I love love love this restaurant. A view wherever you sit, always stellar service, great cocktails quickly served, and great brunch / lunch fare! And, if you just want a beverage and sit and enjoy the view? They are the nicest people! Never hurried, always pampered. Yes, it's a bit pricey - - by where else will you get this... More
