Wow, I couldn't believe it when I saw the "disappointing" reviews on here. I'm so glad I didn't see those before I went, cause' it was a wonderful experience I'd hate to miss! My husband took me there for my birthday and the food was horrible! We are locals and have had much experience with dining out in Laguna. This was really expensive bad food! It was not that way a few years ago, but something bad has occurred with the chef/management! more

Upon arrival at Splashes, we had to wait for a table. They told us it would be about ten minutes. So, we went down to the beach which is steps away from the restaurant...it was gorgeous.
