You can count on getting good food and many yummy choices to pick from at all Ruby's Diner locations. The friendliness of the staff at this location, as well as the recent addition of an ice cream bar featuring Santa Cruz's Marianne's homemade ice cream, makes this one stand out from the others. The unique flavors and creamy texture of... More

Thank you so so much for having gluten free bun for my daughter with autism…hard to find. I also love the lettuce wraps for a low carb choice. Will be back!!

The friendly kid-loving staff at this place are what make it special. They always make families feel comfortable with their patience and kindness. Efrain, Jesus, and Denise are great servers and frequently there on Saturday mornings, when we frequent this place. The food is all good, if high calorie.

Typical diner food -- hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, but so much more. We all loved the 50's diner feel and decor, inside and outside. The menu was extensive with something for everyone. A little gem. Don't drive by!

We ate here while looking for a reasonable place in Laguna Beach. The decor is determinedly 60's (or earlier) diner, with cars from the 50's sitting in the front (with their lights on, annoyingly right in my eyes.) I rate the food and the service below average. We did not have hamburgers, though, which are supposed to be their specialty.... More

Lou! give me a milk! Chocolate! Actually.... Give me a mud shake that you just got in with coffee, caramel and cookies with the leftovers in a metal tin thing and make sure you don't slide it across the bar this time as you've broken a few of the last ones..... That is what he would have said at this... More

We go to Ruby's every time we're in Laguna - love the atmosphere, although noisy, the food is always consistent, and the ambience is fun. we have their cups, glasses and shirts. Really love their ommelets and my partner loves their eggs/bacon/etc. and their gluten free english muffin is really good for people allergic to gluten. Coffee is good also.

We ate at Ruby's twice. Once was take out and once for sit down. Both breakfast. We ran in on a Saturday morning headed for the beach and grabbed the breakfast sliders. Hawaiian roll, split sausage, egg and cheese. Hard to mix that up. We got dies of fruit . The sliders we great although thrown together poorly. Second meal... More

We took a run along the Pacific Coast Highway and stopped at Ruby's for breakfast as a treat. The selection is wide and traditionally American (pancakes, eggs, waffles, omelettes, you name it). As always service was impeccably friendly and never rushed. Food quality is great and pretty good value for money too (most main breakfasts are under $10-$15). We came... More

We had a good American meal right on the pier in Huntington Beach. We had great service and great food! The prices were nice after being in Disneyland for a couple days!!
