We saw this place on our way into town and decided to eat breakfast on our way out of town a few days later. It is really cute and the cars out front were a great touch. The service was fine and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean. There the positive stops. The food was subpar. I ordered the eggs... More

All Ruby's offer a fun, if faux, vintage dining experience. The burgers are as good as the views, the fries are tasty, and it's a bit pricey but, imho, worth it.

Love Ruby's Diners - this was our first roof top dining experience and our 7 year old granddaughter had a blast and a wonderful conversation with a seagul hanging out on the Ruby's sign near our table. The only negative was our waitress did not speak or understand English very well do the host took over. I'm not pregidice but... More

You can count on getting good food and many yummy choices to pick from at all Ruby's Diner locations. The friendliness of the staff at this location, as well as the recent addition of an ice cream bar featuring Santa Cruz's Marianne's homemade ice cream, makes this one stand out from the others. The unique flavors and creamy texture of... More

Thank you so so much for having gluten free bun for my daughter with autism…hard to find. I also love the lettuce wraps for a low carb choice. Will be back!!

The friendly kid-loving staff at this place are what make it special. They always make families feel comfortable with their patience and kindness. Efrain, Jesus, and Denise are great servers and frequently there on Saturday mornings, when we frequent this place. The food is all good, if high calorie.

Typical diner food -- hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, but so much more. We all loved the 50's diner feel and decor, inside and outside. The menu was extensive with something for everyone. A little gem. Don't drive by!

We ate here while looking for a reasonable place in Laguna Beach. The decor is determinedly 60's (or earlier) diner, with cars from the 50's sitting in the front (with their lights on, annoyingly right in my eyes.) I rate the food and the service below average. We did not have hamburgers, though, which are supposed to be their specialty.... More
