Nice atmosphere great food

I ate here for business. Was very crowded but we were able to sit at the bar right away with 5 people. We were there at 130 on a Friday. We all got the blackened Mahi Mahi sandwich and a fish taco appetizer. It was all very good and and the service was great.

Very organized, table was waiting for us when we walked in 10 minutes early. Drinks and food were very good; service was very timely and attentive. I had Lemon drop; hubby had a Jack Daniels; we shared the wonderful asparagus appetizer. I had salmon as my entree substituting the mashed potatoes for a second vegetable and had one glass of... CA Casual all the way. Small place with some outside seating above the street. Tasty fried deviled eggs with sprinking of bacon dish with the "fried" being an unusual twist. A very nice buttermilk fried chicken with whipped potatoes. The "meatball" special in something like a BBQ sauce didn't quite come off right to our taste. The "meatball" got lost... More

I went here with a group of friends. I was not too hungry so I got the tuna tartar and cole slaw. Both were outstanding. One person at my table got the fried chicken even though it is a seafood place and was not disappointed.

I came here with my wife for an evening meal. The restaurant was very full but they managed to find us a table . Service was first class all evening in a very unobtrusive way. We started with a salad which was excellent followed by a sea base for me and salmon for my wife. Both were absolutely wonderful. We... More

Stopped in to Nicks for lunch yesterday and was not disappointed. The server was attentive and friendly. I had never been there and she patiently walked me through the menu explaining anything I had a question about. I decided to go with the asparagus fries as an appetizer and the buttermilk chicken as my meal. Both were fresh and delicious.... More

My two adult children and I went to Nick's without a reservation a day or two after Christmas and maybe since we arrived around 5 PM, got right in. I had been there once before and wanted to have the rib eye salad again but without the mustard dressing and dollop of mustard on the plate. I have a real... More

My husband and I used to eat at this restaurant 2-3 times a month. We have referred numerous friends and family to this restaurant. We used to have fabulous service and the food never disappointed. The last couple of times, however, we have left extremely disappointed. While the food quality hasn't changed, the service definitely has. Our orders have been... More

Cozy, contemporary, classic. Excellent meal from start to finish and our server, Peter, was wonderful. We had an early reservation on a Saturday night and they got us in right away.
