We called in earlier in the day to make a midweek reservation here....this place was heaving so would advise all to do the same. It was well worth it. The server was really attentive, and going on his break mid meal, even introduced us to the person that would be covering our table. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I could... More

We made online reservations for dinner, figuring we'd be too tired after the long drive from Sacramento to make a decision once we arrived. Good decision, because even on a Wednesday night there was a wait if you didn't have reservations. We were quickly seated, greeted by our server, and our beverages arrived shortly thereafter. My husband was in heaven... More

The menu is classy, as is the food. The Chilean Sea Bass (an expensive fish) was a good portion and cooked (blackened in our case) perfectly. Fries were hand-cut, our salad and soup (French onion) were both very good. Glacing at other tables, the food looked excellent and the portions generous. The service deserves its own paragraph. It was amazing.... More

We went there on a sunday noon without reservation while on a short road trip, so we had to wait for around 15 to 20minutes. I didnt like it at first, cause in some other place they would have at least asked us if we want to have a drink while waiting. they didn't. But my judgement changed when we... More

This place is fabulous. I've been three times on two separate visits to the US and it is truly exceptional. The service is great. Friendly staff and very fast to order food. The moist and succulent ribs are spectacular. I wouldn't try anything else on the menu or you will have major food envy when you see other people with... More

The best blackened halibut sandwich I ever had! Great value for your money. Beautiful views from the patio of laguna beach and the downtown. Loved it! Will go back there again for sure!

We stayed at the Laguna Hotel which is directly across the street from Nick's. We went to Nicks twice on our visit to Laguna Beach. The food was very good with a nice menu selection and very competitive pricing. The wait staff was efficient and friendly. Had the seafood cioppino which was excellent and also the blackened halibut sandwich which... More

My husband and I love to try new restaurants. While we were on vacation i looked up on trip advisor for some ideas to eat at. This place is amazing!! The service was outstanding and everything we tried (there was 5 of us) was out of this world. I am not a fish eater but thought oh well i'm near... More
