My mother-in-law who lives in Laguna suggested Nick's (not to be confused with Nic's in Beverly Hills - Larry Nicola's place) which was a great spot for lunch on a very rainy day. They have lots of comfort food but I was able to get a very nice piece of Salmon and a salad which works for my diet. The... More

After hearing awesome things about this restaurant from many locals... We decided to go there for lunch. The menu is lovely - fresh and unique. We ordered the asparagus fries to start ... Absolutely Delicious! Next we had the fresh mixed salad and shared the chilian sea bass... Salad was delish as was the sea bass, however it was a... More

Loved this little place for breakfast. We both had omlettes but the waffles looked amazing. Great coffee. Service a little slow after we had eaten, but friendly and got everything right. Substitute fruit salad for potatoes - the potatoes are not worth the calories and the fruit was amazing!

This is a must when visiting Laguna Beach! Every detail is great. Recommend reservations since it stays busy! This last time my husband and I ate at the bar, which is just fine and allows lots of people watching and also if lucky a good view of the ocean. I had the Kale salad with salmon which was the best... More

This place had great reviews. The service was top notch. Food was very good. I had a fish sandwich and it was excellent. Not too noisy. The waiter was very good and knowledgeable and did not call us girls!!!!

This is the place to eat in Laguna. We made the mistake of not planning ahead and did not have a reservation. We put our name in and went down the block to have a few drinks and wait it out. Totally worth it. We were lucky in the end to have a table on the small outside patio. The... More

My wife and I visited the evening before Thanksgiving. The place was already crowded at 6 pm, and we chose seats at the bar to avoid a long wait. We both ordered seafood dishes: seabass and salmon. Both meals were superbly prepared, with crisp crusts and delicately textured at the center. One does not find this quality often, all the... More

My wife and I love restaurants where you can sit at the bar, order foot and get great service. Nick's is one of the best delivering excellent food, salads, drinks and great staff. Whether you are visiting San Clemente (the best in that area,) or one of the many places in Laguna Beach, you wont be unhappy you visited Nick's.... More

We are locals and this is the place we always choose to meet up with friends as the food is always awesome and choices for everyone. The Tuna Tartare & California Ahi salad is what i order every single time - such a creature of habit. My husband always get The Prime Rib Dip and he says it is the... More

Delicious Sunday Brunch in a delightful location. Nick's is a great restaurant any time of the day, but there's something special about sitting on the front porch, on a sunny Sunday, enjoying good food in this beautiful town and watching the world go by. The menu is tasty and inventive and never disappoints. The service is cheerful and professional and... More
