Unpretentious restaurant with wonderful sushi. The nigiri portions are impressive and wonderfully fresh. An amazing assortment of rolls, some very creative. Nick was delightful and very helpful regarding gluten free options. Would definitely return when we visit the Bay Area again.

Whenever visiting California I always look forward to eating at Kane Sushi. They have by far the best (and the biggest) California Roll. I would go there everyday if I could. Definitely recommend.

great casual place- Saw lots of groups of young adults and people with small kids, Prices a bit better than many other nearby sushi places. But the food seemed of good quality and we all enjoyed it. Found the menu a bit overwhelming bc there are so many choices. This is more casual "party" than refined.

We had traditional Sashimi, Sushi and Tempura and it was all good. The atmosphere is okay but anyone that makes a custom roll gets a sign on the wall; so it is a bit overwhelming on the eyes. Overall the place was very good - moderately priced.

Heavy on American-styled rolls created by other customers, and an unimaginative selection of nigiri makes this a great spot to go to if you've never eaten sushi before, are a relative novice/beginner consumer of japanese food, or love your food drowned in soy sauce. If, however, you love this style of cuisine and expect something a little more challenging than... More

We did take out from here and had a Calif. roll, vegetable roll, some roll that had shrimp tempura in it, and one that had smoked salmon. I like all of them except the smoked salmon roll - but I think that was just my own personal taste.

I went to Kane Sushi for dinner with my mom and sister. Kane Sushi is clean and you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. To start I ordered edamame and miso soup. (one order of edamame is enough for the whole table) both were delishes and came out steaming hot! For the table, I ordered California... More

Go here for relaxed fun and great food, not for fast service and fancy decor.. Specializes in sushi in gigantic rolls - if you don't see one you like on the primary menu or the specialty menu, try one from the customer suggested drawings on the walls ... and if that doesn't work, just invent one of your own.
