Second visit; first time for lunch - what a treat! Choice of indoor or outdoor seating. Good, friendly service and a terrific lobster roll with coleslaw and chips plus fresh grilled swordfish with two sides (several choices). We drive over an hour to enjoy this place. Not much street parking, but a lot in the rear. Reservations on OpenTable…much easier... More

This restaurant seems to be one of the few places in the area for fish, so decided to try it on a recent trip to the area. My partner and I both had the fish and chips, that we both enjoyed, but sadly the meal came before the drinks, the restaurant itself was too cold, it was noisy and not... More

This is such a reliably good place for dinner or lunch! My husband and I go fairly often and have found it to be reasonably priced and wonderfully consistent. The hubs loves their fried clams, because they serve the whole clam, not just strips, which are usually made from the more chewy parts of the clam, like the neck. He's... More

We go there quite often and the food and service is always very good. Great bartender who makes great drinks !!! Easy to make reservations on Open Table. Public parking lot in the rear of the restaurant. Costco sells gift cards for this restaurant at a great savings. They have a 'Happy-Hour' during the week.

My wife and I go to Yankee Pier at least once a month. She typically has a hot lobster sandwich which is always excellent. I typically have scallops which are good in any of their preparations. This most recent trip we had a well-prepared fish and chips. The portions are filling and the quality of all the sides - including... More

Great lunch. Excellent menu that made it hard to make a choice. Seafood is very fresh. Wonderful frozen Arnold Palmer! Can't wait to go back and try something different.

Not sure why it was Just Okay...the Mahi Mahi was fine, the brussel sprouts were good, friends seemed to like the crab, the clam chowder was good, nice Caesar salad. The restaurant was full, we had excellent service, but still just okay. No white table cloths. Note: They do offer to waive corkage on one bottle if you purchase one... More

Yankee Pier in Lafayette just doesn't deliver, the service is slow, and the food is only Okay. Went there on a weekend night, sat at the Bar to eat as the wait was too long for a table. Ordered some wine, the chef's platter appetizer, salads, and then grilled fish. Unfortunately the seafood just wasn't fresh, shell fragments in the... More

My family and I have eaten at this restaurant on several occasions and the first thing is the service is awful. We did not get waited on for 30 minutes after being seated. My daughter ordered the Manila Clams Linguini and stated that the broth taste like "bad dishwater" with no flavor and was terribly disappointed. I ordered the Ipswich... More
