We had breakfast on Sunday morning. We were not very hungry so my husband ordered the steel cut oatmeal and I had the fruit platter. The fruit platter came with banana bread which was really delicious. Coffee was great, they gave us a pot at our table so we didn't run out. The service was great, they constantly checked on... More

Sunday breakfast on the patio. I had the yogurt with fresh fruit and homemade granola, excellent! My boyfriend had the original eggs Benedict, there are several on the menu to choose from, and said it was really good. Also a nice place to have drinks in the evening on the patio.

We took friends here for lunch and were not disappointed. Service is good. Excellent variety of choices. Sliders were excellent. Salads wonderful. Good choice of micro brews.

A stroll around the grounds of the La Quinta Resort in its eponymous CA desert locale is delightful and as it was nearing lunch time our party of 9 appeared at the Twenty6 restaurant which offers both patio and interior seating. With no reservation we were confronted with a surly hostess and even with the patio nearly full and the... More

The landscape and atmosphere of the historic La Quinta resort is spectacular. Unfortunately I would not recommend this restaurant for lunch. Prices were high which is standard for resort restaurants in the area but the food was small in portion and very mediocre in taste. The service was surprisingly slow considering we were one of only a few tables. It... More

We experienced both breakfast and lunch at Twenty 6. Superb meals. The breakfast burrito menu is extensive and hearty. You won't be disappointed. Twenty 6 is located off the plaza, below the Adobe Grille.

Try the flatbreads as a quick snack with a drink. Even as a pre-dinner starter, it is worth the effort. The ability to sit outside and just relax is well catered for in this bistro style restaurant.
