This is my first time to Louise's Pantry and my experience here was very good. My girl friend said they had great breakfasts and she wasn't kidding. They serve real home style food in very generous portions along with home made jam. The service was very good and the people were very friendly. I would recommend Louise's Pantry to everyone.... We've been to Louise's three times for breakfast during our two weeks in Palm Desert and every time the food and service was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating people and we will add this to our list of favourites when we return next year.

Sort of a traditional breakfast place with large plastic-covered menus and waitresses who definitely know their business. Huge portions and hard to finish.

This restaurant does a great job for breakfast (our only experience) - my husband ordered the corned beef hash - definitely enough for two people. I got an omelet that would have fed two people as well. The potatoes with peppers and onion were very good. My husband said his biscuit, which looked impressive, actually looked better than it tasted;... More

Restaurant only average. My husband had the biscuits and gravy with eggs and hash browns. They must use MSG as he got MSG symptoms just after. I had pancakes that were just okay.

And the cooking is first rate, Excellent bacon, great chili, terrific omelets, and more. There will be lines to get in so mid-morning is the best strategy.

Ate here 3 times this week for breakfast and lunch. Perfectly cooked eggs (sunny side up better than scrambled), waffles, sandwiches (BLT was superb). Service with a smile each time and very quick. Would eat here often if I lived here!

The atmosphere was comfortable, the service friendly and the food arrived very quickly, even though the place was full. Bottomless cup of coffee was strong and full-bodied. I had double (2) stack of buckwheat pancakes. They were huge - at least 9inches in diameter. Enough for one 20 year old or two people over 45. They were not that tasty,... More

First of all I will tell everyone they do not have pecan sticky rolls that I seen in previous reviews. Be prepared for a wait sometimes a long wait . The tables are I am not kidding right on top of each other. The gentleman next to me was coughing and sneezing on my food. The service is lacking because... More
