If you like fish at a reasonable price, this is the place. My favorite is their sandbags, but all is excellent. You have to stand in line to order, but the food is delivered to your table. They also have fresh fish on display and for sale.

We live here year round, during the season we eat home to avoid crowds. This evening we drove over to the Fisherman's Grill in LaQuinta. I had grilled calamari steak. While the restaurant touts it as fresh, I am not sure fresh when. It was totally tasteless. The cole slaw tasted old, as did the salad. Lettuce should not look... More

We usually pass on fish in the desert. Fisherman's has its own fishing fleet, guaranteeing the freshest catch to be found in the desert. Preparation is fantastic, from calamari appies to grilled halibut, fish and chips, fish tacos...........we've never been disappointed. Try their Ahi sandwich pepper seared........fantastic. Friday and Saturday nights in season they have a great rock and blues... More

The reivews about the staff are dead accurate and this goes for the bar staff also. This is common in the Coachella Valley and you'll find it pretty much everywhere. I've been dining at Fisherman's Market & Grill in Palm Springs for many years and have occasionally been here. I usually have the Sashimi or the Fish and Chips. If... More

Each year, we take a short vacation to La Quinta and Fisherman's Market is always our fist stop. Year after year they have maintained the quality and prices we enjoy. The lunch specials at $7.99 are a great value. Going there only once per year, we would expect to have a bad experience now and then (expecting that something may... More

I cook fresh fish frequently at home. Not only does Fisherman's Market have great meals in the restaurant, their fresh fish is amazing!

we were met at the counter by a non smiling cashier. She took our order with no smile or warmth, nor suggestions. Bad start! Fish was not very fresh, everything was bland, including coleslaw, even the fried fish lacked seasoning. This location IS not like the Palm Springs Location!!

If you want fish at a reasonable price this is the place to go in the desert. The fish tacos are great! What I don't like is waiting in line to order.

This is a pretty popular place, and it is advertised as emphasizing freshness of the fish and skill in its preparation. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed. My hope is that management will look at this review and try to find the root causes rather than just blowing it off. It started with the cashier who did not appear to be the... More
